In this episode I talk about why I started a morning routine and what it has done for me.
Not too long ago I was routine-less and I would start my days by just rolling out of bed and just roll into my day. I had heard about the benefits of having a morning routine but I never really took the advice and had one myself. Eventually I started working at 4:30 AM and I realized I would NEED a morning routine to get through the day.
I talk about what my morning routine is, why the way it is, and how you can have a solid morning routine in your life.
I hope that this episode has some benefit for you.
