in Poznan, Poland with the 1st Infantry Division. He is a world traveler,
cancer survivor, and really the epitome of Army resiliency. SGM Smith spends
about 30 minutes giving us a real take on the value of being a part of the
Army.

talks about his 26-year career as an enlisted and warrant Soldier. He talks
about his multiple deployments starting in the 90s when he first joined and now
his transition as he prepares to leave a career and lifestyle that has been
part of him for over half of his life.
