Well the hot and sticky weather is finally here. We're lucky in south central PA that we have enough warm weather to acclimate to it but not so much that it ever becomes our norm. Well I'm back with episode 2. So far this year I've been lucky to dodge the raindrops when a training day arrives and today was no different. We've had plenty of rain this month so I hope my luck continues to hold.
