Hello! I'm JD and this is my running journey podcast. It's a place where I can talk to you about the challenges and triumphs from running. And I'm not talking about races I've won or PRs I've attained. Running affects me in so many aspects of my life it takes a bit of time to explain. My hope is that, in edition to being entertained, you'll think of me as your running pal whose going through this with you.
