Hosted by Alex Howarth, It’s Probably Me is your short, thought-provoking escape into self-exploration and mindset shifts. With 2-4 bite-sized episodes each week (5-15 minutes long), Alex unpacks everyday experiences, exploring how we can navigate life with more ease, awareness, and balance.
What started as chats on dog walks has grown into a space for reflection, self-discovery, and real conversations about the intersection of yoga philosophy, modern psychology, and well-being. With nearly 20 years in the wellness industry and 15 years of teaching yoga, Alex blends ancient wisdom with practical tools to help you shift your mindset and make daily life just a little bit lighter.
Expect relatable stories, thoughtful questions, and simple strategies to help you find more ease in the everyday.
New episodes drop multiple times a week—because self-growth shouldn’t be a once-in-a-while thing.

Step 1.2 is all about that intention behind the thing you want to manifest. If it's based in ego, how will that serve you?
Step 3.1 is all about the nervous system, it's more about understanding so we can then move into a phase of bypassing the blocks the nervous system creates.

It's all about conflict today. Alex wraps up compassion with a topic that could be a series in itself, but how to consider compassion in the heat of the moment is a tough one, so worth considering before we move onto series 3.

Talking about all the layers of awareness, and how we fluctuate between those layers all the time. How, when sat on the 'outer' layers it'd be challenging to be compassionate, but then as you move 'inward' it becomes easier.

Quick summary about what's to come on in upcoming episodes of the podcast.
An overview of the workshop from last night, and how compassion with goal setting can make a huge difference to the likelihood of success.
Then randomly back to fake compassion and compassion in communication. It's all linked, it's all awesome and it all requires a lil self study and reflection.

Chat's on Compassion, touching on 'fake compassion', but moving swiftly onto how humans wear labels like clothes and how compassion helps dissipate judgement.
I fail to remember the name of: "Factitious disorder, previously called Munchausen syndrome, is a serious mental health condition in which people deceive others by pretending to be sick. They do this by faking symptoms, getting sick on purpose or hurting themselves" Google Oct 2024

Meandering chats about compassion when making change and then the fake compassion towards friends and loved ones. How to swap your mindset towards what you consider is compassionate and condescending. It's a weird one. I'll continue on this next week.
