In this episode I'd like to share a few quotes from the smash hit comedy Ted Lasso. Under each quote I'll provide a brief commentary and a practical application to the lives of modern teenagers.
Young adulthood is a period of physical, sexual, cognitive and emotional changes. In the midst of all these changes, young adults sometimes get stuck or lost.
