To summarise, the Bible instructs us to take care of our bodies, not overindulge in food or drink, and seek spiritual health through being kind to others and praying. Our bodies are so important that the Lord calls them temples of God (see 1 Corinthians 3:16–17; 6:19–20). Our bodies are holy. Because our bodies are important, our Father in Heaven wants us to take good care of them. He knows that we can be happier, better people if we are healthy.
In the Bible, James 5:14, it says that, "Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord.
And in the Bible, from Psalms 38:3-5, it says that, "Because of your wrath there is no health in my body; there is no soundness is my bones because of my sin. My guilt has overwhelmed me like a burden too heavy to bear. My wounds fester and are loathsome because of my sinful folly.
Proverb 3:7-8, it says that, “Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your bones.
In the Bible, Philippians 2:22, it says that, “But you know that Timothy has proved himself, because as a son with his father he has served with me in the work of the gospel.
2 Kings 20:3-4, it says that, “Remember, Lord how I have walk before you faithfully and with wholehearted devotion and have done what is good in your eyes.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly. Before Isaiah had left the middle court, the word of the Lord came to him.

Hello Everyone ! Greetings to you all in Jesus Name.
The secret to a happy life is giving God the first part of your day, the first priority to every decision and the first place in your heart. When we put God first, all other things fall into their proper places.
What does it mean Putting God First?
To put God first in our lives, we must be obedient to His commandments and become truly converted to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Conversion means more than being a member of the Church. It is deeper than accepting gospel principles and having a testimony that they are true.
As said in the Bible for the Blessed one's, Prover 10:24,"The desire of righteous will be granted". When our ways are perfect God will grant us everything we needed.
What can we do to Put God First?
1. Start Your Day with Prayer
2. Considering Creating a Verse Card
3. Listen to God’s Word on any platform
4. Commit yourself to complete one book with in Bible
5. Review and Enchant on God’s Act through out the Day
6. Take Every Struggle of Your Life in-front of God
NOTE: When This Discipline is practiced in our daily lives ! We see God’s Blessing dwelling in our house and in our Life
When you try to fight your battles and problems with hope. You see great blessing from God. Do you know when you trust the Lord and hand over your problems and battles to God, he will fight on behalf you.
In bible Romans 5:3-5, it says that, We even take pride in our problems, because we know that trouble produces endurance, endurance produces character, and character produces hope. This hope doesn't put us to shame, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”
What does the Bible say about Fighting for what you want? You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God.
(1) Everyone who is living with hope, the Bible says in Romans 12:12, that, “Be joyful in hope, patience in affliction, and faithful in prayer.”
(2) About hope in difficult times, the Bible says in Isaiah 40:31, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
When you feel like Discouraged, Remember it’s Satan who wants to deceive you and make you feel downcast ! Because he knows that he cannot fight you if you are alive and with God.
Remember this two Bible Verses from the Holy Book of Bible.......
(1) When discouraged put your hope in Christ. It's in the Bible, Psalm 42:11, “Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will praise Him, my Savior and my God.”
(2) Faith is made of hope. It's in the Bible, Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
When you think there is no Hope in future, Please think ………..
(1) No matter how impossible or desperate a situation may seem, God has a plan of hope to give you if you let Him. It's in the Bible, Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
(2) Keep your hope in God, and you won't be disappointed. It's in the Bible, Jeremiah 17:7-8, “Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, And whose hope is the LORD. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit”
First, patience and endurance are the result of growth, of maturing in God's truth as a believer learns who he is in Christ. Similarly, patience helps you focus on what is good and to be thankful. In fact, patience and gratitude reinforce each other.
God's people are patient with each other. It's in the Bible, Ephesians 4:2, “Be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other's faults because of your love.”
God’s people in endurance receive what they ask. It’s in the Bible, James 1:12, “Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.
Start the day with a thankful attitude. It's in the Bible, Psalm 92:1-2, “It is good to say thank you to the Lord, to sing praises to the God who is above all gods. Every morning tell him, ‘Thank you for Your kindness,’ and every evening rejoice in all His faithfulness.”
Give thanks in every situation. It's in the Bible, I Thessalonians 5:18, “Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.”
In giving thanks to God; don't forget from where our blessings come. It's in the Bible, Psalms 103: 2, “Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.”
Praise the Lord ! Greetings to you all in Jesus Name. From the Holy Bible Proverbs 3:3-4, it says that, Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. And when we see in Romans 12:10, "Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves." It teaches us to honour one another. Let's Do! What Jesus Christ our Lord has taught us and see the Results in Our Life
