First, patience and endurance are the result of growth, of maturing in God's truth as a believer learns who he is in Christ. Similarly, patience helps you focus on what is good and to be thankful. In fact, patience and gratitude reinforce each other.
God's people are patient with each other. It's in the Bible, Ephesians 4:2, “Be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other's faults because of your love.”
God’s people in endurance receive what they ask. It’s in the Bible, James 1:12, “Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.
Start the day with a thankful attitude. It's in the Bible, Psalm 92:1-2, “It is good to say thank you to the Lord, to sing praises to the God who is above all gods. Every morning tell him, ‘Thank you for Your kindness,’ and every evening rejoice in all His faithfulness.”
Give thanks in every situation. It's in the Bible, I Thessalonians 5:18, “Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.”
In giving thanks to God; don't forget from where our blessings come. It's in the Bible, Psalms 103: 2, “Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.”
