My beloved podcast family, welcome to another episode. My heart bursts open with love and excitement for the release of this gem of a conversation that went into the very depth of our existence and all the nuanced and subtle realms of the human experience. That is with my guest, Igor Kufayev. Igor is an artist, Advaita Tantra teacher and founder of the not-for-profit organisation Flowing Wakefulness. "I am."
My loves, hey. How are you feeling today? I know it has been a very long time since I came on here and shared anything. The last few weeks have been intense on many levels, and I'm still in the weeds. I'm currently reevaluating my relationship with myself, the work that I'm offering, the things that I'm sharing, and the intention behind all of these things. Why am I doing anything? And what role does my EGO play in all of it? Having said that, this transmission came through after some weeks of inner contemplation and retrieval. I feel good about the fullness from which these words stem. However, the ways of the ego are subtle and sneaky, and I'll continue to hold this little MF close. Thanks for sticking around, for supporting, listening, reading, and interacting with me and my sharings. It means a lot.
👉 We explored a broad variety of topics such as: - Death to the ego - My relationship to God - Shadow work: allow, accept, embrace - The way to heaven is down - Zoom in and obsess or zoom out and observe - The crying of men

A former amateur bodybuilder and serial entrepreneur, Garry is no stranger to pain and stress. His quest for solutions to his own suffering is what ultimately led to the development of Fascial Maneuvers. With over 2 million new followers in 2022 alone, his message is striking a chord with people all over the world. Brothers & sisters, are you ready for that FIRE energy?! Today I'm speaking with Chrissie Fire Mane. Co-Founder of MANA, Chrissie has always been guided by the excitement of empowering people to be creators. Named 'chaqaruna' or Bridge-Person by the Q'ero, Wisdom Keepers of the Andes, Chrissie's north star is activating and rewilding humanity with modern and indigenous wisdom, reminding people of what is already inside but forgotten or suppressed. Chrissie has been facilitating transformational weekends, workshops and retreats around the world intensively since 2012, moving online also in 2017. The journey of motherhood has greatly shaped Chrissie's path, raising her two wild children travelling the world and sitting in sacred ceremonies, learning from elders. She has roots in activism, beginning at Greenpeace in the Press Office in the UK in 2000, combining her passions for communications with service, has launched numerous campaigns in frontline activism mainly in water conservation and more recently served on the New Earth Council as part of the Humanitad Foundation. As an artist, Chrissie was signed to Virgin Records, has toured and created albums and continues to use her love of poetry, singing and frequency to complement her style of leadership. Her spiritual path led her to the Peruvian Andes in 2012 where she was initiated as Chullu Chaqera, or Sweat Lodge Mama Qona in 2017. Simply, Chrissie draws from conscious motherhood and indigenous tradition to inspire her community back to the natural truth of things. I'm in awe of the polarity of Chrissie's being, the open-heartedness AND stability, power and discernment that she brings into the world. Let me know how this co-creation lands with you. I love that you're here.

"I remembered home."
Aloha, beautiful podcast family! What a gift it is to share yet another inspiring, deep, and thoughtful conversation with you. Week after week, I still have to pinch myself that I get to do this. Today, I'm speaking with Robert W. Dean. Robert is a writer and filmmaker whose work is profoundly inspired by the breathtaking landscapes of New Mexico. With nature as his most profound teacher, Robert is on a mission to weave themes of unity and love into every story and project he undertakes. His diverse body of work highlights the urgent need for a radical shift toward recognizing our inherent connections across the globe. Driven by a firm belief in the power of community and collaboration, his endeavors seek to catalyze deeper global interconnectivity. Through his multifaceted career, Robert advocates for a world where humanity thrives in harmony, dedicated to forging a more harmonious future where every individual and ecosystem can flourish. I stumbled across Robert's work many moons ago and was mesmerized by his capture of the American West. My gravitation towards him shifted from being inspired by "the external" to Robert's sincere introspective journey towards self-realization. My intuition whispered into my ears that now would be a good time to reconnect with him after all these years, and I couldn't be more grateful for the fact that I did. Listen for yourself and let me know how this co-creation resonates with you.

Grand rising, soul and podcast family! I'm excited to share yet another LIVE podcast episode with you - freshly out of the oven, taped and recorded in my beautiful new home in Bavaria. I sat down with my good friend and fellow seeker, Felix Wittmann. Felix is currently birthing his business as a somatic-spiritual coach, assisting people in coming into deeper embodiment of their true selves through nervous system work, trauma integration, and restoring relationship with God. His approach is founded on a synergy of trauma-informed somatic principles and a more intuitive and mystical approach. In his 1:1 coaching sessions, he creates safe and sacred spaces for people to explore, experience, and integrate their full spectrum human experience. I am deeply inspired by Felix's commitment and devotion to God and how he seeks to understand. I'm infinitely grateful for the connection with him, and to me personally, this is a testament to the work here on the podcast. Show yourselves, people! Unapologetically. That's the only way the world can respond to you on eye-level, meeting you where you're at, and providing you with people, places, and circumstances that are aligned for you. I love you.
