Hello hello hello! Wow, it has been ages since coming on here and I sincerely hope this episode finds you well wherever you are in the world. After a winter hiatus we're back in the saddle and it is my pleasure to start off the new year with a conversation about one of my favourite topics of all time: Surrender. That being said, I couldn't imagine a more suitable person to speak to about this topic than my guest: Tim Davis. Tim is a spirituality-based coach, author, and seasoned mindfulness practitioner with over 30 years of experience in spiritual development. As a coach, mentor, and course leader, Tim has empowered individuals from diverse backgrounds, including business professionals, spiritual seekers, and prison inmates, to achieve inner peace, emotional freedom, and work performance. A resident of Michael A. Singer’s Temple of the Universe in Alachua, Florida, Tim's work is dedicated to practical applications of spiritual techniques. I've met Tim during my time at the temple only a couple of weeks ago and felt immediately drawn to having him on the pod.
