Learning to love being alone has changed my life more than anything. Loneliness and being on my own has been one of my biggest fears for as long I can remember, and tackling those feelings to love my own company and becoming independent has had such a positive impact on my day-to-day life. This episode means so much to me and is probably one of my biggest achievements so far, on my journey to becoming the best version of myself. Pushing myself outside of my comfort zone to do more things alone and fighting feelings of loneliness, replacing them with feelings of strength and freedom has changed my life, and I hope this will encourage someone else to change their life too.

Everyone feels like a fraud sometimes; whether you are applying for a new job and you feel under qualified or you are starting a new project and you don't know where to begin. When we feel like we aren't good enough for something, we often shy away from it and our lack of self confidence holds us back. I have recently felt this way and on reflection, realised it wasn't the first time - so this is my story about what has inspired me to never doubt myself again (or at least, try my best not too).
This episode was inspired by my 23rd birthday and it is all about the 23 most important things I have learnt in my life so far, that I feel everyone should know.
I want to dedicate this to my incredible friends and family, who made this lockdown birthday one of the best birthdays I have ever had - I love you so much.

Do you ever find yourself NOT doing something because you are worried about what other people think? This is a short REMINDER episode to help you quickly put things into perspective and help you overcome your worries when it comes to other peoples opinions. Let's face it, nobody else's opinion actually matters but it is such a common worry and can stop people going for things that make them happy, like what?! I could speak about this all day but use this episode to help you quickly realign whenever you hesitate. Let's get it girls.
Welcome back to 'how to glow through your break up' - the second and final part because we don't want to dwell! I am overwhelmed with how many people reached out from part 1 and I hope this second part is just as helpful. I cover ways to cope (that I recommend); moving on - the when and how's; your independence and learning from your experience. Everyone has a completely unique situation so view this as a guide and apply it to your own break up, but remember I'm not a professional! Let's get it girls!
This is PART 1 of how to cope with your break-up - honestly, there is just too much to go over! With everyone having different experiences, I wanted to make sure I could help as many people as possible by giving as much as advice as I could. I truly feel like this is one of those episodes that you need to listen to twice in order to take it in, especially if you're new to any conversations on mindset or everything is still raw for you right now. This episode is split into three different parts, followed by PART 2. It includes: how to change your mindset; how to control your emotions; and all about the other person. Sending you all my love - let's glow through it!
Episode 2 is all about creating a sustainable and beneficial routine, especially during lockdown. Implementing structure to your days can help you stay productive, motivated and positive! This is quite a long episode, so make yourself a cup of tea and listen up - set yourself up for a successful lockdown with an amazing morning routine!
