When the New Year starts, we're often bombarded by content on resolutions, goal-setting, and claiming a particular year to be YOUR year.
And most of us usually kind of forget the goals we set by mid-year because life happens. That was me years ago, but I've learned a couple of ways to set goals that I actually look forward to. These reframes help me make sure I'm making progress throughout the year!
Don't get me wrong. I believe there's no ONE way to do this. It really depends on your personality, your drive, your goals, so in this episode I'm sharing some options (I've learned them from my favorite prolific content creators). Choose what feels right for you!
