In this official start of the series, host Zoe Lem describes what the Fuck Button is and when she pushed hers.
Join the revolution, fuck it!
Welcome, this is a safe space to listen, learn, grow, laugh, cry. We are all on a journey, a voyage, a discovery, it never ends! Continually learning, growing.
This is not a serious self help series, more sharing stories, connecting humans that are all fumbling around seeking answers, inspiration.
The well being world can be a serious space, that can intimate, woo, court your time, your attention. This podcast takes a pragmatic and irrelevant look at how a collection of humans battled their challenges and when they pressed their fuck it button and said yes to living.
Intention + action = fuck it button (impact)
The fuck it button says no to fear, shame, judgement, over thinking.
What has/will make you press your fuck it button?
There are two fuck it buttons, the conscious fuck it button, and the unconscious fuck it button, the wreckless button, and the mindful button.
This episode summaries the two buttons and their impact.
I found my fuck it button young, at 14yrs when my 8 year old brother died of cancer, I decided to say fuck it, life is short.
This episode is an explanation, an overview of what the fuck it button is, and my story. How I have used my challenges to learn, grow, to press my fuck it button to live.
