Dr. Ray has been a PT and Coach helping athletes get out of pain for years. In his journey, he realized that treating patients in a clinical setting wasn't fulfilling for him, nor was it effective for his clients. He transitioned his work online and has created a very effective curriculum for coaches and clinicians can help people heal and live pain free. Now, he focused on his "Retain" program which gives clinicians practical tools for turning their struggling in person practice into a thriving business offering both in person and remote training to truly serve patients the best way and give clinicians the opportunity to make a lot more money.

While many of our guests usually have adventure and the outdoors ingrained in them at an early age, it wasn’t that way for today’s guest.
Growing up in Sonoma County, in the valley of northern California’s coastal hills and vineyards, Brianna remained relatively homebound.
It wasn’t until a trip to Yosemite National Park in her late 20s that she found her place in the outdoors, after becoming enamored by the monumental granite faces of the valley
Many road trips and day hikes later, she’s dedicated much of her life and work to conservation, and inspiring people to get outside.
As a multiple-business owner Brianna triumphs in the face of adversity and discomfort. Even after an unfortunate accident while hiking where she was heli-rescued and left with shattered bones in her foot - she persisted on to grow her businesses, and more recently, become a mother while becoming the new owner of the outdoor apparel bran - Go The Fuck Outside.
For her, the outdoors has become a place for mental clarity - whether it’s camping, hiking, or simply sitting outside enjoying what nature has to show. In these moments she feels at peace and wants to share that feeling with everyone she meets!

While attending school for Physical Therapy, Matt Shiver began to realize he might have been destined for other things. He started coaching athletes online and was slowly growing his reputation and his business. After receiving the title of "Doctor of Physical Therapy" he stepped into a roll of helping build a clinic's online presence while treating patients and continuing to grow his own fitness business. After realizing that he was capable of so much more - he decided to scratch the travel itch and set off on a 6 month long adventure where he camped and live in airbnbs, while visiting some of the country's most beautiful landscapes and working remotely.
Now, he is no longer practicing PT or treating patients, and has found his unique ability in helping others organize, systemize, and create a lifestyle they can love - with freedom and adventure being at the center.
