I couldn't quite pinpoint and put into words my re-entry into the corporate world, so I thought I'd try through my poetry.

I'm excited to share this conversation I had with my friend Amelia Noel - Columbia MBA and a former Wall Street Banker, turned master certified coach. We recorded this conversation live together in Mexico City and she shares nuggets of wisdom on what it means to take aligned action, listen to your intuition, and go after it. Amelia shares practical takeaways on her decision making process and will leave you feeling inspired to tune into your inner wisdom and what you want.

Over the last few years, I've had to make some major life decisions, anywhere from deciding to leave corporate, to moving cities, to ending a marriage. Through those series of big major life decisions, I've learned to recalibrate how I approach decision making.
Sometimes we get too into our heads, leaving us with a lot of decision fatigue and keeping us stuck. In this episode, I explore a more holistic, yogic way of making decisions, that moves away from cognitive / brain thinking, into incorporating our whole body intelligence in making decisions. Hopefully this episode will help those move forward in a different way.

Learning to master and harness the feminine and masculine energy is so critical to living a balanced life. In this episode, I talk about the different energies, why they are not gender specific, and why we naturally ebb and flow between the two.

Reflecting on all that it means to step into your truest self and honor your own unique journey. Many times we are pressured to follow what other's want of us, which prevents us from living and enduring the life we really want.

Death is one of the biggest fears for most people, but it's also a wonderful teacher. In this episode, I share different perspectives on how we might look at death from the yogic philosophy. Death can be seen as the ending of a cycle which allows us to appreciate and become more present of the now - which then liberates us from fear.

We are all wildly creative beings with the capacity to create anything that we set our minds to. But what happens when we get into a creative funk?
In yogic philosophy, there is a believe that everyone is capable of accessing infinite potential (called "kundalini"). Yet many times our energy centers are blocked which makes it difficult to channel out what wants to come out.
In this episode I share more about how to find flow, tap into flow, and allow ourselves to tap back into the genius state.

My grandma passed away in February 2024, and it was a surreal life moment that solidified all my spiritual growth from the past year.
I was really fortunate to have been there from the beginning to the end. Through my grandma's passing, I saw what a peaceful transition looks like, which completely rewired the way I see life and death.
This episode is a tribute to her, to sharing her bravery and legacy, and to being able to amplify her story to the world.

In 2023, healing was a really big priority for me, as I processed the ending of my marriage and what life 2.0 would look like.
Healing has taken me to various places, from Sedona to Hawaii to Costa Rica to India. I've dabbled deep into trying various modalities of healing, including plant medicines, hypnosis, past life regressions, yoga and meditation, traditional therapy and coaching, and everything in between.
Curious? I'll share sneak peeks into my journey. Anyone on the spiritual path will want to tune in.

Find Your Path podcast is back, with a refreshed look and feel! 🥳 It's been about a year and a half since my last podcast episode and my time away was really intentional. It was a much needed sacred pause that allowed me to burn things down and allow myself to rebuild again.
In this episode, I share all the different life changes that I've undergone on the backend (infertility, separation/divorce, solo international travels, my spiritual pilgrimage through the Himalayas, completing yoga teacher training).
If you're looking for some inspiration, considering taking a sabbatical for yourself, or need a push, you'll definitely want to tune into this episode.

In our lives and in the corporate world we are conditioned to focus only on our Masculine energy and ignore or reject our Feminine energy. But what if we could let go of that and hold both sides within us, and truly experience a wider spectrum of this human emotional experience, instead of just one that we're so conditioned and comfortable with?
In today’s episode, I am talking to a very special guest, Tatsuya Fushimi. He is a certified life and business coach with a focus on mindset and soul alignment. His purpose is to support others in reaching their highest potential and alignment with their truest selves.
