In 2023, healing was a really big priority for me, as I processed the ending of my marriage and what life 2.0 would look like.
Healing has taken me to various places, from Sedona to Hawaii to Costa Rica to India. I've dabbled deep into trying various modalities of healing, including plant medicines, hypnosis, past life regressions, yoga and meditation, traditional therapy and coaching, and everything in between.
