Have you seen LMNT? It's everywhere
Today’s episode is all about the long grind of entrepreneurship, trying, failing, pivoting, until one idea finally clicks. My guest is Robb Wolf. You might know him as a bestselling author and Paleo pioneer, but most importantly, he’s the co-founder of LMNT, the electrolyte brand that’s scaled from a kitchen-table experiment to a $50M+ company.
What’s fascinating about Robb’s journey is that he didn’t strike gold on the first try. He built gyms, wrote books, started communities… and only after years of experimenting did LMNT become the breakout success. In this episode, we unpack how he recognized the opportunity, what decisions mattered most in scaling the brand, how he handled controversy, and the lessons every entrepreneur no matter your industry can use to finally build something that lasts.
So if you’re grinding through your early ventures, waiting for your big swing to connect, this conversation is going to give you both the blueprint and the motivation to keep going.
Let’s jump in

What if you looked exactly like Adam Sandler—and it changed your life?
In this episode, I sit down with Max Kessler, Adam Sandler’s official body double in Happy Gilmore 2. We talk about how a wild coincidence with his name and looks got him in front of Sandler, what it’s really like on set, and why he left corporate America to chase something bigger.
Max opens up about:
The moment Adam Sandler first met his “twin”
Behind-the-scenes stories from Happy Gilmore 2
How to spot real opportunity and take the leap
Why comfort zones kill dreams
What Hollywood is really like when you’re not a star—but still in the spotlight
Whether you’re a Sandler fan, chasing your own creative dream, or stuck in a job you hate, this conversation will light a fire under you.

In this episode of Finally Ready To Grow, Alex Davis sits down with Ryan Gardner, the self-made CEO of Bucked Up—one of the fastest-growing supplement and energy drink companies in America.
Raised on a farm in Utah, Ryan went from selling eggs door-to-door to launching deer antler spray that exploded after being linked to Ray Lewis before the Super Bowl. We unpack:
The wild story behind deerantlerspray.com

Everyone talks about going viral… but no one tells you how to turn hate into income. In this solo episode, I break down how my RageBait Instagram series did 6.4 million views in 90 days—and how I turned that into $13,000 without spending a dollar on ads or selling a course. I’ll walk you through the strategy, the fear, and what I’m building next. If you’re trying to grow a personal brand in 2025, you need to hear this.

I grew up idolizing The Wolf of Wall Street.
The money.
The mansion.
The girl.
I didn’t want a relationship—I wanted Naomi.
Years later, I lived out a version of that exact fantasy…And realized I had become the villain I once admired.
Today, I sit down with Dr. Nadine Macaluso, the real-life Naomi and ex-wife of Jordan Belfort, to expose what the movie left out.
We talk about:
This isn’t just about Jordan. It’s about you. Me. And the fantasy that almost ruined us. Watch until the end—you’ll never see the movie the same way again.
Dr. Nadine Macaluso, known to her patients as Dr. Nae, is the real-life inspiration behind Naomi Belfort's character in "The Wolf of Wall Street." She survived a turbulent eight-year marriage to Jordan Belfort, marked by abuse, greed, and trauma.
Following her experiences, Dr. Macaluso relocated to California. Her journey of trauma and healing inspired her to return to school at age 39, where she earned her Master's in counseling and a Ph.D. in somatic psychotherapy. She further specialized with a two-year postdoctoral training in the Neuro-affective Relational Model (NARM)

In this 13-minute solo drop, I take you deep inside the most powerful play I’ve ever pulled online.
I made $9,000 in under 4 weeks from a single 7-minute Loom video — no sales calls, no fulfillment, no funnels. Just pure leverage from a method I’ve never seen anyone else talk about publicly.
Here’s the truth:
I found a way to connect a hidden software with LinkedIn to automatically get anyone’s phone number — from CEOs and founders to influencers, investors, and high-ticket clients. No scraping. No spam. No guessing. Just access.
And that access turned into opportunity.
Then turned into cash.
And now it’s a system I’ve sold 25+ times… all while flying to Boston, hitting the gym, and waking up to Stripe notifications before I even checked my phone.
In this episode, I break down:
— How the idea came to me
— What I said in the Loom video
— Why the rage bait Instagram page (now at 5.3M views) was the key
— And what I’m building next now that this machine is real
If you’re tired of fake gurus, tired of cold DMs getting ignored, tired of waiting for someone to “take a chance” on you — this episode is your wake-up call.
This isn’t a course. It’s not a mindset talk. It’s raw leverage.
Tap in, take notes, and get to work.

Does caffeine ACTUALLY make you energized? That's what I've been asking for years, and finally I am coming on the podcast, as a 'high performing' individual to reveal what caffeine does to the brain + the body. The results? Are shocking.
Most people will drink
1.) Coffee
2.) Energy Drink
3.) Pre-Workout
Throughout life there are various tasks to remain energized and tuned in, but today I am going to expose how caffeine actually works, on a chemical level.
I hope you like this episode. If you do share it with a friend or a family member.

Here’s the full story of how I pulled off flying across America on short notice to spend multiple days in Las Vegas with none other than Brad Lea—one of the most influential entrepreneurs in the game.
This wasn’t just some lucky coincidence. It wasn’t something I stumbled into. It was the direct result of the mindset, strategy, and bold action I’ve been developing for years. Most people wait their entire lives for an opportunity like this—I made it happen.
From the moment I got the call to the second I landed in Vegas, every decision I made was calculated. The last-minute flights. The logistics. The energy shift of stepping into a completely different world surrounded by high-level players. I’ll break down exactly what it took to make this happen, what I learned from my time with Brad, and how it solidified my belief that proximity to power changes everything.
This episode isn’t just about my story—it’s about showing you how to position yourself for opportunities like this. If you want to know how to go from watching your idols online to sitting in the same room with them, taking notes, having conversations, and building relationships, this is the episode for you.
Strap in. This one’s big.

Here are three non-negotiable moves you must make before the age of 21—especially if you’re a man who wants to achieve something great in life. These three foundational steps will separate you from the masses and put you in the upper 0.01% of society, creating a massive leap forward while most people your age are still trying to figure things out.
These are the exact three moves I made before turning 21 that changed my life forever.
1. Move out of your small town (500–1,000 miles away) – If you stay in the same environment that shaped you, you’ll never outgrow the limits it placed on you. Distance forces expansion.
2. Rebuild yourself from nothing – No safety nets, no comfort zone, no old reputation to fall back on. This is where you forge true independence and resilience.
3. Build a company (Freedom) – If you don’t control your income, you don’t control your life. The earlier you start, the faster you separate yourself from the 9–5 trap.
These three steps aren’t just theory. I did them. And they worked. If you want to hear the full breakdown of how and why these moves will change your life, this episode is for you.
I love you all—now let’s build.

Gratitude is one of life's greatest tools if used correctly. The problem? The world is always telling us to be grateful and live in the present moment, but the use case never makes sense. We're always prompted to be grateful in a vacuum when nothing really is happening, and so when we spend time framing up gratitude, we're left just feeling slightly happy or normal.
The other day, however, I had an experience that was life-altering. Gratitude no longer existed in a vacuum; instead, it existed in the place that it always needed to. A place to calm me down and center me when life was getting rough and getting in the way.
Enjoy this episode it'll really change the way you see things. It changed the way I saw things.

The definition of luck is when opportunity meets preparation. Most people will sit around and not allow themselves to ever get lucky; they'll look at other people and just think, wow. How is that even possible? How is it possible that this person is always the one to get lucky, and I'm just getting the crappy end of the stick?
Well, lucky for you, this episode breaks down exactly what you're doing wrong in life and how to fix it to get the most out of everything you're doing. Legitimately, life is one of the most abundant sources of wealth. You just need to understand the 5 levels to accessing all of its abundance.

This episode is talking about how to travel the world, especially if you're still young. Most people have this common misconception that you need to be wealthy, have a bunch of time in order to travel frequently. But that couldn't be further from the truth. Today I will discuss the 3 modes of transporation, any person who lives in America should master.
1.) Flying (using airports)
2.) Driving (highways)
3.) The train (Amtrak)
I also am going to cover how to travel for super cheap, if you fly often using something like google flights. I hope you enjoy this episode.

Here’s 21 lessons that changed my life, that you can use today to get outsized returns for your age.
1.) Read Self Help BooksMake the shift, and read the compound effect, especially if you’re still stuck in a 9-5 mentality
2.) Go to the gym everyday I’ve been to almost every large commercial gym in America, and grown an obsession with the gym. It’ll save you a lot of stress.
3.) Get in a sauna A quiet time to organize loose plans, and wandering thoughts
4.) Get an official mentor I met Mike Ashabi, and John Senecal when I was 17, and they taught me the foundations of business and financial independence
5.) Travel the United StatesJust get in a car, sleeping in the car and drive with your best friend. Thanks Parker Hardison for unlocking this part of my brain
6.) Caffeine is a magical pill I do need to cut back, but my biggest returns on time spent working have been when I was under the influence of some solid caffeine drink.
7.) Make content everyday I post a lot, a lot of people unfollow, and a lot of my posts go completely nowhere. Especially when I spent 8+ hours on them. Document your journey, eventually they’ll care.
8.) Write + Publish 1 BookI’ve done this 4 times, and again hardly anyone’s read my books, but to unlock a skillset like this requires completing the feedback loopWriting < Editing < Publishing < Sales
9.) Facebook Groups are the Key If Facebook doesn’t exist in 5-10 years, there will be an equivalent platform, but it’s the easiest way to:- Find an apartment - Find deals - Find friends - Find contractors
10.) Envy is good I am behind. For 21 years of age I’m not where I want to be. I envy the kids who are leaps and bounds ahead of me. It’s a driving factor
11.) Get abs They’re nice, and they’re easy to maintain
12.) Friends are forever I have a couple people who’ve been there since literal day 1, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world
13.) Your family knows youWhen you post on social media acting like something you’re not, your family will step in. Don’t reject this advice, they know you, and want to help
14.) Partying is okay Business teaches that you shouldn’t go out and live life, but I’ve done both extremes, and frankly I like partying (at least for now)
15.) Dropout of College I’ve done this 3X, and I’m still playing out the scenario in real time to see which life is better. Right now, I’m further ahead without school. We will see in 10 years
16.) Try everything once Except for crack. Don’t do that ever.
17.) Alone doesn’t equal lonely Learn to be alone, and enjoy it. You’re the only one with YOU every second between now and death.
18.) Wake up at 5AMYou’ll feel amazing
19.) Make your own money Doesn’t need to be millions of dollars, but show yourself you can independently earn an income, it’s real freedom.
20.) Florida is overrun I lived there. It’s beach towns, and commercial buildup everywhere with HOA and highway separating it all I still love it though
21.) Find god He’ll get you through all the bad parts of life, and lead you in the right direction.Love you guys!!!!!

I've been in and out of college now, three times.
You've heard of the college dropout, but what about the 3X college dropout? It's a new one.
My point is simple. I make more money without college than with the education I was obtaining while in college.
Here's the breakdown:
College 1: studying acting ($40K in debt)
College 2: studying marketing ($5K more in debt)
College 3: studying acting ($24K paid off but still in debt)
If you're on the fence about college, dropping out, and the next moves for your life then this episode is perfect for you.
I hope you enjoy it.
Peace out :)
