On today's episode I am joined by Bobbi Barrington. As she puts it, a single, free woman, who has never been happier. After transitioning from being an accountant to a speaker, married to single and a man to a woman... you can't say Bobbi has taken a back seat in life. At least not in the second half of it, where all these changes have taken place.
Listen in to hear about the box above Euston station, the heartache around her family, and how many, many differences there are between men and women that we never even think about.

When you think of great things happening to people, you don't generally think of cervical cancer. And yet that's exactly what this weeks guest believes.
On this weeks episode Tracy shares how this major trauma has shaped who she is today. We also discuss the weird things that the menopause brings that you don't realise are related, and watch out for the great question Tracy asks herself and others, that helps get to the real core of how we are.
I know you'll be inspired by Tracy's journey - and the person she is today - as much as I was.

Ask almost anyone how they are these days, and the response you will get is 'just so busy'. So how are we meant to live our best life from 50 and beyond... if we don't have the time to live it? This week is a cross over episode from my latest podcast adventure. Yup, I've started a new podcast called Her Leadership Coach - for the quietly determined career woman who is looking o get promoted to her first, or next leadership role. And because I know so many of us are busy at this age - working, caring, doing all of the things... I know you will find something in here for you.
So take a listen to the 7 different reasons we are all busy and find out which one fits you the most - because once we can see the problem for what it is, it's far easier to find the solution.
If you want to join the facebook group for aspiring women leaders we have discussions about busyness, mindset and much more.

Alison moved from the UK to India 15 years ago. She started in corporate communications and completely retrained to start a chiropractic business and more recently retrained again into mindfulness. While she continues to look for her next adventure, one of the big things she's taken on lately is to learn to go with the flow, which she admits is a work in progress. We also talk about letting go of striving for perfection, and how we have learned to stop feeling like we're not 'enough'.
If you want to find out more about Alison's mindfulness you can find her at www.mindinsight.online
