In this episode, we explore the idea of Existential Health with Dr. Paul Katsivelis, professor of religious studies, existential psychology, and philosophy.
Existential Health is a powerful and often overlooked dimension of wellbeing. It invites us to ask life's deeper questions: What is the role of suffering in our lives? How do we live with uncertainty, solitude, or love across difference? By confronting these questions, which are not just abstract, but inherent to our existence, we build emotional resilience, spiritual depth, and a richer, more connected life.
As young adults, we no longer feel invincible like we did as teenagers, and become increasingly aware of our health and lifestyle choices. While the internet can be helpful, the huge amount of (often contradictory) health information can make it confusing and overwhelming.
In this episode, holistic health coach Soraya Aouad (Sunchef), simplifies it for us. She shares practical strategies to blend health with fun and spontaneity.
