A podcast that explores how we can live and apply spirituality outside of the world of meditation and deep breaths and in our daily lives of chaos, systemic oppression, injustice, and inequality. 


Although both from privileged backgrounds, your hosts, Monique and Colin, have each undergone their own spiritual dark nights of the soul in one way or another and have gone through hell and back.
