Welcome to another insightful episode of Ersatz Era! Hosted by Jessica, a promising author and persistent podcaster, today's discussion explores the current internet trend: Looksmaxxing.
In this episode, Jessica objectively shares her journey with looksmaxxing, unveiling budget-friendly and even cost-free ways to initiate your own transformation. Emphasizing that plastic surgery is optional but discipline is key, she navigates through the nuances of this evolving trend.
Key questions are tackled head-on: What exactly is looksmaxxing, and how does it work? Jessica guides beginners on their looksmaxxing journey, contemplating the choice of beauty, and uncovering the non-physical facets, such as the importance of mindset enhancement.
Looksmaxxing, a prominent internet trend, particularly among men, is dissected by Jessica. She explores its intersection with health, mindset, and the pursuit of maximum physical attractiveness. Drawing wisdom from Cristiano Ronaldo, she reinforces the notion that the body can perpetually be refined.
Delving into the practicalities, Jessica elucidates how beginners can embark on looksmaxxing by introducing "The Triangle." Focusing on one aspect at a time—hair, personal hygiene, body, face, or mindset—she asserts the importance of dedicated effort for a "naturally" attractive appearance.
Within the episode, the concept of the looksmaxxing triangle is unfolded—a spectrum ranging from enhancing natural attractiveness to considering cosmetic procedures. Jessica sheds light on the journey's tipping point and the muddy waters that may arise.
As the episode concludes, Jessica leaves listeners with a poignant reminder. While the emphasis often lies on enhancing external appearances, those who value and nurture inner qualities stand out the most. True attractiveness, she affirms, transcends mere physical appearances, embodying a harmonious blend of both inner and outer beauty.
Tune in to this enriching episode for a comprehensive exploration of looksmaxxing. Thank you for joining Jessica on this odyssey of self-discovery and improvement.

Hey guys! In today's episode we're talking about Hobbies, how to start your hobby, why you should even consider starting, and how to combine your work with something you are passionate about. I used to not have any hobbies and be a complete workaholic until I fell in love with learning again and decided to tap into the things I always wanted to do as a kid. I ask myself, If I could do anything, achieve anything, what would I do? What would I work towards and go from there! In the book, "Atomic Habits," author, James Clear, talks about the importance of having a growth mindset and aiming to get 1% better each day instead of trying to achieve massive, overwhelming goals that feel unrealistic. This is the philosophy I use when approaching anything in my life, and always aiming to get 1% better instead of overwhelming myself. I also want to mention that your hobbies are probably more accessible to you than you may think. You can learn anything online now thanks to youtube and millions of other sources in this lovely space called the internet. Bonus to all of this is working on your hobbies will bring you a lot closer to your manifestations and you will manifest/attract much faster when you delve into your hobbies and what makes you happy! Enjoy this podcast episode filmed at Irvine Park! Please share this on social media!

Hey guys!
Today's episode we're learning to say no, stop people pleasing and learning to set healthy boundaries at work, with family, or any part of your personal life. A healthy relationship starts with healthy boundaries, communicating those boundaries and enforcing them. I am still learning how to say no, stop people pleasing and have the confidence to stick with my standards, but I'm also learning my own standards as time goes on.
I didn't feel too qualified to make today's episode but having this beginner/ student mindset of life has really helped me in all areas of life recently. So join me in in an open discussion about my own self limiting beliefs, how I've been applying some boss bitch mentality to my life and (oh no) race. MmmHmm We're talking about that in today;'s episode too. I am Latina and as a Hispanic person in the United States I do feel that in our culture, we don't question authority and we're taught to obey others. In latino culture, we are sometimes afraid to stand up to authority. Things like not talking back to our elders, adults know everything mentality, but also the insecurity that if we stand up to our boss, we risk losing our jobs. I'm not generalizing all latino people in this way, this is only coming from my childhood and personal perspective. If you disagree, that's cool make your own podcast ahahhah bye x
