My name is Jenny Serata. I'm a certified health and life coach through the Health Coach Institute. I coach with a holistic approach, addressing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health. I have recently enrolled in the NeuroCoaching Certification(TM) program by Dr. Shannon Irvine. I also have domestic abuse advocacy training through Called to Peace Ministries.
I coach Christian women who feel stuck in negative thought patterns and are ready to renew their minds. I also coach women who have been impacted by domestic abuse. I am dedicated to supporting, equipping, and inspiring my clients through individual and group coaching. My passion is to empower women to discover their value, purpose, and identity, develop a healthy mindset, recognize and live in alignment with what they value most, break free from oppression, and find their wings.

Take every thought captive online, self-paced skills class and a membership group to teach folks how to take every thought captive. This course is your “how-to” for staying present, managing crisis situations, understanding & dealing with your feels, and maintaining healthy relationships. It's based in scripture, but isn't "take two verses and call me in the morning." These are practical, research-tested skills that I've been teaching clients for years. I've seen God use these skills to reduce anxiety and depression, strengthen relationships, and help my clients have practical tools to find peace in a chaotic world.
