The Fitness Industry & Diet Culture has shamed and conditioned you into thinking that if you can't be perfect, and show up to 100% of the healthy habits required to lose weight, that you're a failure, you may as well throw in the towel and just give up.
It's just NOT TRUE! There's nowhere else in your life that you expect yourself to never make a mistake. And if you do make a mistake, you just throw in the towel. It doesn't happen.
The All Or Nothing mentality doesn't serve you. It is not conducive to you getting healthier, so it's about time you throw it in the bin!!!!

If "getting skinny" is no longer enough of a reason to kick your lil bott into gear, it might be time to rethink your why.
For so long my "why" was associated with being skinny. Deep down I thought that getting smaller would make me stop hating myself, become more confident and feel worthy and good enough. These days, my why could not be further from that.
I have learnt that my worth as a woman and my value as a human has nothing to do with my appearance.
The reason I get up every single day and focus on living a healthy lifestyle has nothing to do with what I look like and everything to do with how I feel.
My hope for you as you listen to this, if you are still currently being driven by your appearance, is to hopefully shift your focus on feeling better and becoming the best version of you, outside of your appearance.

Recently I've come across two new groups of people. As I was reflecting, I noticed that in one group of people, I can be entirely myself and in the other, I was craving to be accepted.
In this episode, I share these experiences and discuss the differences between fitting in and belonging. And why we need to chase the groups of people where we are accepted for who we are, instead of having to change ourselves to be accepted by the group.

I've been thinking about this a lot lately; the meaning of life, our potential, if I'm making the most of my one shot on this planet. In a book called "The 5 Regrets of the dying", Bronnie Ware shares the most common regrets of her patients she looked after in Palliative Care. In this episode, I share with you these most common regrets as a reminder for us to ensure we are making the most of our life whilst we are still living. My hope for this episode is to give us all a little kick up the butt and step back and assess where we're at and if we're truly happy.
