EP3 We Owned La Liga!!
What's up, Barça fans! It’s Sarah again, back to talk about that nail-biting 1-0 victory against Rayo Vallecano in the 24th round of La Liga! If you’re anything like me, you were probably glued to your screen at 4:00 a.m. Beijing time, fighting through the sleepiness because, hey, when it's Barcelona, you never know what’s going to happen. So, let’s jump into it. The match kicked off at the iconic Olympic Stadium and the first half had some drama right off the bat. Inigo made a slick run and got brought down in the box, and guess who stepped up? Lewandowski, the penalty master, calmly slotted it home, putting us 1-0 up. I swear, watching Lewy take penalties is like watching an artist paint. It’s just too smooth. But hold up, Rayo Vallecano wasn’t just going to roll over. De Frutos found the net for them, but guess what? He was offside. Classic. You could see the look on his face like, "Wait, I didn’t even celebrate yet." Tough luck, my friend! VAR does its thing and takes that one off the board. You know, the one that could’ve turned this game on its head! Second half? Well, let’s be real, not much happened. Both teams were kind of playing a “let’s not mess this up” kind of game. Barcelona were just holding onto that precious 1-0 lead, and Vallecano didn’t really test us much. The game ended with Barcelona winning 1-0—another clean sheet, another three points. Now, here’s the best part: That win made it four consecutive La Liga victories and, thanks to a killer goal difference, we’ve topped the La Liga standings! I mean, I didn’t expect this so early in the season, but hey, that’s Barcelona for you. Always keeping us on the edge of our seats. So, tell me, what did you think of the game? Was it a perfect performance? Or do we still need to work on some areas? Either way, I’m loving this winning streak. Let’s hope we keep the momentum rolling, because we’re on top of the table, culers! Catch you in the next episode, Visca Barça! -- Hosting provided by SoundOn

Episode 2: Barcelona's Wild Rollercoaster Victory Against Benfica
Hey everyone! It’s Sarah here, your rookie-but-raving football fan, diving straight into the chaos of Barcelona’s latest Champions League adventure. I mean, what even was that match? If you're a Barça fan and you didn't have a mini heart attack at 4:00 a.m. Beijing time watching this, you’re definitely built different! Let’s break it all down. The stage was set at the Estádio da Luz, and Benfica came out swinging. In the second minute (yes, second!), Pavlidis opened the scoring with a clinical finish, leaving us all like, “Wait, are we awake yet?” Fast forward to the 12th minute, Balde gets taken down in the box, and VAR does its usual dramatic entrance. Lewandowski, or as I like to call him, Penalty King, steps up cool as you like and slots it home. Score: 1-1. I mean, you can always count on Lewy to turn pressure into poetry. But then—disaster. Szczęsny (yes, our keeper for hire) turns into a magnet for chaos, gifting Pavlidis not one, but two more goals, including a penalty in the 30th minute. Benfica leads 3-1, and honestly, I was questioning all my life choices for staying up this late. The second half? A soap opera. It was literally dramatic. In the 64th minute, Rafinha accidentally scores with his head after a botched clearance from Trubin, Benfica’s keeper. Like, you couldn’t write this stuff! But wait, it gets worse. Araujo goes full Shakespearean tragedy with an own goal in the 68th minute, putting us down 4-2. I was ready to call it a night. But no. Enter Captain Lewy again in the 78th minute, converting another penalty to make it 4-3. Hope was alive! Then Eric García, of all people, finds the back of the net with a header in the 86th minute to equalize. Who knew Eric had that in him? And finally, the moment of glory. In the 96th minute, Rafinha—absolutely on fire—charges down the right flank, slices past the defense, and smashes the ball home. Barcelona 5-4 Benfica. Cue screaming, cheering, and me waking up the neighbors. This man sealed the deal with pure flair. This win is huge—six straight victories in the Champions League and a guaranteed spot in the Round of 16. But seriously, Barça, can we chill with the heart-stopping comebacks? I’m a high school student; I need my sleep! And don’t even get me started on Araujo. Reports are saying he’s staying put, thanks to Deco’s last-minute chat. Juventus’ €50M offer? Sorry, guys, he’s staying loyal. Respect. That’s it for this week, my fellow culés! Hit me up with your thoughts—did Rafinha just solidify himself as our unsung hero? And what do we do about Szczęsny? Let’s chat next week! For now, Visca Barça and sweet dreams, football fans. -- Hosting provided by SoundOn

Episode-1 Victory for Barça in Super Cup Final against Real Madrid + Araujo latest transferring news
Hey, Barça fans! Welcome to the very first episode of my podcast, where I, a high school girl absolutely obsessed with football, bring you the latest and craziest updates from the world of FC Barcelona! Let’s start with the Spanish Super Cup final on January 13, which took place at the King Abdullah Stadium in Jeddah. Real Madrid vs. Barcelona. And let me just say… what a game! The first half was like an emotional rollercoaster. I was half asleep because, well, 3:00 a.m. in Beijing, but my adrenaline was through the roof! Mbappé scored for Real Madrid, but then Yamar equalized for Barça, and Gavi? Oh my gosh, Gavi created a beautiful goal for Lewandowski to score. Follow closely, Rafinha got on the scoreboard too—what a celebration moment that was. And THEN—hold up, I’m still shaking—Baldé scored in stoppage time. By halftime, it was 4-1, Barcelona. The second half was pure madness. Rodrigo failed Real Madrid with a goal on the pole, raphina scored another!! but then the drama—Mbappé got a great goal chance but ruined by Shchensny, VAR had the last word. Shchensny got a red card, it was a great disaster and made me once thought fcb was going to lose the final. but we ended the match 5-2! Barcelona absolutely owned it! I’m not even joking, I was jumping around the room at 3 a.m. thinking, is this really happening?! Barca fans were going wild, saying it’s a great start for 2025. Now, on to some big news—Araujo! I was seriously panicking for a minute there, thinking he might leave us in the winter window! But good news, guys, Araujo is staying! After some intense talks with Deco, he has convinced Araujo to hang tight for now. I’m just picturing Lewandowski doing his best “please stay” speech, and honestly, it probably worked because, who wouldn’t want to stay at Barça after a 5-2 win, right? So, Araujo is sticking with us at least until the summer—thank goodness! That’s all for today, folks! I’m super excited to keep sharing Barcelona news with you all, and trust me, we’re only getting started. Stay tuned for more drama, goals, and maybe even a few more 3 a.m. celebrations—because who doesn’t love a good Barça victory? -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
