In this talk, we explore the concept that you are not who you think you are. We often identify ourselves with the body, the mind, or the thoughts we have. But at a deeper level, who are we really? I’ll guide you through an understanding of the self beyond the physical and mental layers, pointing to the unchanging awareness that is the true essence of our being. This realization can bring us closer to peace and clarity as we step away from the illusions of the mind and embrace our deeper, timeless nature.

No fluff in this. Straight, real talk...those who are in the same wavelength will resonate with it and act upon some of the thoughts reflected here. I hope you are one of them because you too already know what to do...but will you do it? That's the question!
I recorded this because I couldn't pretend everything is fine anymore. The world is falling apart in so many ways, and yet we're still here, trying to live, to make sense of it, to stay soft. This is just a quiet (and passionate) reflection from the Kyrgyz mountains...on fear, choice, and what it means to be human right now. No advice really. Just an invitation to feel.

Some things just need to be said. I woke up, made my coffee, and felt this urge to speak - not for any reason, not with any plan, just because it had to come out. So here I am, sharing whatever flows.
I don’t speak to convince, to impress, or to be understood—I speak because something within me needs to be expressed. Words are not about being heard; they are about release, about letting what’s inside find its way out. In this video, I reflect on the need for self-expression—not as a performance, but as a way of being free.
I reflect on something that can feel deeply unsettling—the idea of fully accepting ourselves. As Carl Jung wisely said, “The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely.” But why is it so hard to embrace every part of who we are? And more importantly, why is it the key to finding peace and freedom? We often shy away from accepting our flaws and imperfections, thinking that it’s a weakness. But in truth, it’s only by accepting ourselves, fully and without reservation, that we can start to understand our true nature.Join me in this quiet reflection on the power of self-acceptance—how it challenges us, how it frees us, and why it’s the only way to live authentically.

There is no shortcut and substitute to discipline. Walk and talk with me about discipline today.
The central point of this talk is that our desire for liberation arises from our discomfort with being. Because we don't like the NOW and HERE as it is, we dream of all sorts of states and experiences...listen - to dive deeper into it.
