210| THE WONDERFUL NAME OF JESUS| MANDATE MIRACLE ENCOUNTER
TOPIC The Wonderful Name of Jesus PREACHER Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa SCRIPTURES Philippians 2:10Isaiah 9:6bJohn 14:13–14Acts 3:6–16Mark 16:17–18 KEY POINTS 1. The Power in the Name of Jesus The name of Jesus carries supreme authority and power in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. Philippians 2:10 — “At the name of Jesus every knee should bow.” Every demon, sickness, and power submits to the authority of that Name. The name of Jesus is not an ordinary title—it is a spiritual weapon and the identity of divine authority. The believer’s victory is hidden in the revelation and use of that Name. 2. The Revelation of the Name It is not enough to merely mention the name of Jesus; one must have revelation of what the Name represents. Many speak the name without results because they lack the understanding of its power and meaning. The revelation of the Name gives the believer confidence and dominion in spiritual warfare. To know the Name is to understand who Jesus is—the Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6b). When you act from revelation, the Name works with precision and power. 3. Using the Name with Revelation The name of Jesus can produce miracles when used in alignment with faith and revelation. Every believer has been authorized to use the Name in prayer, healing, and deliverance. John 14:13–14 — Jesus said, “Whatever you ask in My Name, that will I do.” The disciples demonstrated this truth when Peter declared, “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” (Acts 3:6) Using the Name without revelation produces words; using it with revelation produces power. 4. The Effects of the Name The Name of Jesus: Heals the sick Drives out demons Restores peace and order Brings salvation and victory The name works for those who believe and understand their authority in Christ. Mark 16:17–18 — “In My name they shall cast out devils… they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.” 5. Walking in the Revelation of His Name The believer must learn to live consciously aware of the authority of the Name. When faced with opposition, declare the Name in faith, not fear. Maintain an active revelation of who Jesus is—your life, power, and victory depend on it. The revelation of the Name will make you bold, fearless, and unstoppable. CONCLUSION The name of Jesus is the believer’s greatest weapon and highest authority. It is not the repetition of the Name that brings power, but the revelation behind it. When you understand who Jesus is and what His Name represents, you can speak it with faith and see miracles, deliverance, and transformation. Every knee still bows, and every power still yields to the Wonderful Name of Jesus.Walk in that revelation and let His Name work wonders in your life. ✨

209| BECOMING A STRONG CHRISTIAN THROUGH MEDITATION| TUESDAY TEACHING AND MIRACLE SERVICE
TOPIC Becoming a Strong Christian Through Meditation PREACHER Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa SCRIPTURES Ephesians 6:10Joshua 1:8Psalm 1:1–3Psalm 119:97–100Psalm 119:1301 Chronicles 15:13Romans 12:2 KEY POINTS 1. The Call to Spiritual Strength “Be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might.” (Ephesians 6:10) Strength in the Lord is not physical—it comes from revelation, knowledge, and conviction. Truth means reality—factual, spiritual realities that produce tangible and consistent results. You must come to a point where no knowledge can change your mind about God. Prayer must be rooted in revelation; pray from the Word, not from fear or emotion. 2. Meditation — The Key to Spiritual Growth Meditation opens the spirit man to greater depths and heights in the Spirit. It promotes breakthrough power and spiritual understanding. Joshua 1:8 — success and prosperity come from continual meditation on God’s Word. Psalm 119:97–100 — wisdom and understanding are products of meditation. What you think about shapes who you are becoming; your thoughts define your reality. If you want to be successful, ask: “Which Word of God am I living by?” 3. The Way of Serving God There is a way to serve God and a pattern to find results. 1 Chronicles 15:13 — divine results come when things are done according to divine order. Meditation brings life and light out of the Scriptures. If the Word of God doesn’t give you stability, challenges will bring you down. Meditation lays God’s Word in your heart like blocks, building a foundation that cannot be shaken. 4. Understanding Meditation Meditation is pondering on God’s Word until answers come. Learn to picture the Scriptures as you read them; let them form images in your heart. Psalm 1:1–3 — the one who meditates day and night becomes like a tree planted by rivers of water. Until you change the way you think, even prosperity will reject you—your mindset determines your manifestation. 5. Benefits of Meditation It brings light (understanding). Psalm 119:130 — “The entrance of thy words giveth light.” Light produces clarity, wisdom, and insight. When you learn, you begin to earn the results you seek. It transforms your life and habits. Romans 12:2 — transformation begins with the renewal of the mind. Meditation changes thought patterns, attitudes, and behavior. It establishes faith and produces results. Meditation gets the Word deep into your spirit. Out of the spirit comes light and understanding, which produces faith. When faith is expressed, it brings miracles and results. 6. A Call to Spiritual Maturity When you are hungry, don’t only look for fish—learn how to fish. Don’t chase temporary miracles; pursue understanding that produces lasting results. A strong Christian is one whose life is built on the Word, revelation, and meditation. CONCLUSION Becoming a strong Christian requires more than prayer—it requires depth in the Word through meditation.Meditation makes the Word alive, stable, and effective in your spirit. It brings light, produces faith, and transforms your life from within. Learn to think, speak, and act from the revelation of God’s Word. For when your spirit is full of light, no darkness can overpower you. Meditate your way into strength, success, and victory in Christ. 💡✨

208| FAITH FOR DOMINION| PEC 2025
TOPIC FAITH FOR DOMINION| PEC 2025 GRAND FINALE PREACHER Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa SCRIPTURES Genesis 1:26Romans 5:17Joel 2:28–32Psalm 8:4–6Ephesians 2:6Luke 10:19 KEY POINTS 1. Dominion Is the Core of the Believer’s Identity Every believer was created with a mandate to rule, reign, and represent God on earth. Dominion is not optional—it is the believer’s original design and responsibility. “Your significance and value in life are tied to your dominion mandate.” Until a believer understands and walks in dominion, their full potential remains hidden. Dominion is about managing and influencing the world according to divine order. 2. The True Meaning of Dominion Dominion is not ownership—all things belong to God. Dominion is not control over people, but governance through love and stewardship. True dominion expresses itself through: Influence — shaping environments for God’s glory. Stewardship — managing divine resources faithfully. Capacity — developing strength to handle divine responsibility. Dominion is not about pride or power—it is about reflecting God’s character and authority in humility. 3. The Faith and Spirit of Dominion Dominion operates by faith—believing and acting on God’s Word with confidence. Faith gives believers the boldness to take charge and enforce divine promises. The Spirit of dominion empowers believers with wisdom, creativity, and authority. Poverty, fear, and limitation have no place in the dominion life. A believer walking in faith for dominion becomes a channel of divine influence and transformation. 4. Dominion Is About Effective Management Dominion is responsibility—faithfully handling what God has entrusted to you. Managing your time, gifts, finances, and opportunities determines your level of dominion. Poor management leads to loss of authority; wise management multiplies influence. Dominion is maintained through obedience, discipline, and excellence. 5. Dominion Is a Lifestyle of Faith Dominion must reflect in every sphere of life—family, business, ministry, and society. Faith for dominion is expressed through everyday obedience and persistence. God calls His people to live as ambassadors of His Kingdom in the earth. Dominion is not a moment—it’s a mindset, a culture, and a continuous walk of faith. CONCLUSION The Grand Finale of PEC 2025 was a prophetic celebration of faith and dominion in full display.Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa reminded believers that true dominion flows from faith in God’s Word, the Spirit’s power, and wise stewardship. Believers were charged to live beyond fear and limitation, walking boldly in their identity as kings and priests. Many left the convocation not just inspired but empowered to live by faith for dominion—ruling and reigning with Christ in every aspect of life. Faith is the key to dominion.Walk in it, live by it, and let the world see the Kingdom through you.

207| THE REVELATON OF 'I AM'| TUESDAY TEACHING AND MIRACLE SERVICE
TOPIC The Revelation of “I AM” PREACHER Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa SCRIPTURES Exodus 3:13–14Philippians 4:19Psalm 23:1Numbers 23:19Acts 1:8Malachi 3:6John 8:58 KEY POINTS 1. The Meaning of “I AM” “I AM” reveals God’s eternal, self-existent nature — He has no beginning and no end. God is unchanging, constant in His nature, and dependable in all situations. The name “I AM” expresses God’s limitless sufficiency — He is everything His people will ever need. When God said, “I AM THAT I AM,” He declared Himself as the ever-present One who is always enough. 2. The Revelation of “I AM” The revelation of “I AM” is a revelation of identity and relationship. It reminds believers that God is not distant or abstract — He is personally involved in the lives of His children. “I AM” means: Whatever you need, I will be that to you. This revelation calls believers to walk in faith, confidence, and intimacy with God. 3. What “I AM” Represents God’s Divine Provision “The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.” (Psalm 23:1) God provides for every need — physical, spiritual, emotional, and material. Philippians 4:19: “My God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” God’s Divine Power God is not a man that He should lie (Numbers 23:19). His power enables believers to live victoriously and witness boldly (Acts 1:8). The name “I AM” carries authority and power over every circumstance. God’s Divine Purpose Everything God does flows from His divine purpose. His identity as “I AM” aligns His people with destiny and direction. Understanding “I AM” helps believers to trust God’s process and timing. 4. The Impact of the Revelation The revelation of “I AM” stirs true worship and strengthens the believer’s faith. It brings peace and confidence, knowing that God is sufficient in every situation. It deepens intimacy with God, reminding us that He is present, powerful, and personal. There is no reason for fear or discouragement when “I AM” is with you. CONCLUSION The revelation of “I AM” is a call to know God beyond religion — to know Him as the All-Sufficient One.He is your provider, your power, and your purpose.Whatever life demands, God declares: “I AM that I AM.” Therefore, live in confidence, rest in His sufficiency, and walk in unshakable faith — for the Great I AM is always enough!

206| HOW TO RPOVOKE MIRACLES[TESTIMONIES] 2 | MANDATE MIRACLE ENCOUNTER
TOPIC How to Provoke Miracles 2 [Things That Deny People of Their Miracles] PREACHER Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa SCRIPTURES Mark 6Mark 5:1–43Proverbs 4:5Romans 10:17Luke 1:452 Corinthians 4:13John 16:24John 3:1–2Luke 8:39Acts 10:382 Chronicles 20:20 KEY POINTS 1. Understanding Miracles Miracles are real and represent the manifestation of God’s power at work in human affairs. They are the outcome of the working of God’s Word, suspending or overriding natural and man-made laws. Miracles demonstrate that God’s power is superior to every limitation of nature or circumstance. 2. The Power of Teaching Teaching brings insight, understanding, instruction, and direction — all of which create an atmosphere for miracles. When faith is built through the Word, the supernatural becomes natural. 3. Why Miracles Are Needed To restore creation to its original order. To destroy the works of the devil and set people free. To bring joy and hope to many. To cause others to believe in God. To bring glory to God, revealing His love and presence among men. 4. How to Provoke Miracles By hearing God’s Word — faith comes by hearing (Romans 10:17). By declaring God’s Word — your confession activates divine power. By taking action in faith — obedience releases results. By believing in the man of God — connecting to the anointing upon God’s servant brings manifestation (2 Chronicles 20:20). 5. Things That Deny People of Their Miracles Lack of faith — without faith, it is impossible to receive. Lack of knowledge — ignorance blocks access to the supernatural. Lack of application of faith — hearing alone is not enough; faith must be acted upon. Lack of aggression — spiritual passivity causes people to miss divine moments. Lack of consistency — many stop believing too soon. Being overly sensual or emotional — focusing on feelings instead of the Word. Failure to press through — miracles require persistence and determination. Examples: The woman with the issue of blood pressed through the crowd until she touched Jesus’ garment and was healed. Blind Bartimaeus refused to be silenced and received his sight. “You must train yourself that whenever you enter an atmosphere of miracles, if there’s only one miracle, it must be yours.” “There is help for everybody — but not everyone will access it.”Therefore, take your miracle by faith and by force. CONCLUSION Miracles are a vital part of the Christian life — a demonstration of God’s power, love, and faithfulness.Every believer can provoke a miracle through faith, action, and persistence. Do not allow doubt, fear, or inconsistency to rob you of what God has already made available.Like the woman with the issue of blood and Blind Bartimaeus, press through and take your miracle!

205| THE DYNAMICS OF THE DOMINION MANDATE| PEC 2025
TOPIC The Dynamics of the Dominion Mandate PREACHER Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa SCRIPTURES Genesis 1:26–28Romans 8:19Ephesians 2:10Isaiah 60:1–3 KEY POINTS 1. The Dominion Mandate Is Our Identity The dominion mandate is not a prayer topic but a believer’s identity. Every child of God already carries divine power and capacity to influence and transform their environment. Dominion is not something to be requested; it is something to be walked in. God’s intention is for believers to rise and function from their position of divine authority. 2. The Dynamics of Dominion Operate Through Prophetic Action Dominion is activated through prayer, prophecy, and faith declarations. As believers pray and declare, destinies are realigned, mysteries are unveiled, and lives are transformed. The prophetic word unlocks divine realities and releases heaven’s authority on earth. The believer’s mouth is a tool of dominion—words carry power to create, shift, and establish. 3. Dominion Expresses God’s Creative Nature God is still releasing creative solutions through His people. Dominion includes the grace to innovate, build, and bring divine ideas to solve world problems. Believers are called to be partners with God in creation, manifesting wisdom and excellence in every field. “God is not out of ideas — He’s looking for willing vessels to birth divine innovations.” 4. Dominion Is a Continuous Journey Dominion is not passive or static; it requires spiritual growth and consistency. No matter one’s current level, God continues to call His people higher in grace, depth, and dominion. The more a believer yields to God, the more he operates in supernatural authority. True dominion is a life of ongoing ascent — from glory to glory. CONCLUSION Day 6 of PEC 2025 was a night of prophetic dominion and divine empowerment.Through worship, prayer, and prophecy, believers were reminded that they are born to rule and created to reign. Dominion is both identity and responsibility — to think like God, speak like God, and create solutions for the world. Dominion is not passive; it is prophetic, creative, and continuous.Rise and walk in your mandate — you are a carrier of dominion!

204| THE CONCEPT OF THE DOMINION MANDATE| PEC 2025
TOPIC The Concept of the Dominion Mandate — Rising as Eagles PREACHER Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa SCRIPTURES Genesis 1:26–30Psalm 8:1–9John 1:12–13Romans 12:1–2 KEY POINTS 1. The Dominion Mandate Man was created with a divine mandate to rule and have dominion over all creation. Dominion is the original purpose for which God made man. Every believer is designed to reign, rule, and silence the plans of the enemy. God programmed the course of man’s life from creation — we are meant to operate by divine order, not worldly systems. 2. Dominion Requires Action Dominion is not for the passive, but for those who are ready to rise and take charge. Believers must not live below their divine potential. “You cannot live like a chicken when you were created to soar like an eagle.” To dominate means to walk in authority, boldness, and purpose as sons of God. 3. The Identity of Man in God Man is made in the image and likeness of God, carrying His nature and authority. When a believer lives like the world, he loses the expression of his divine design. God’s Word reveals our true identity — it is the mirror that shows who man is in Christ. Likewise, man is called to reflect God’s nature — “Man is the mirror that reflects who God is.” 4. Living Out the Mandate To walk in dominion, believers must: Renew their minds through the Word (Romans 12:1–2). Live intentionally and purposefully. Walk in obedience and spiritual authority. Represent God accurately in character and power. The dominion mandate calls every believer to rise like an eagle, soaring above limitations and mediocrity. CONCLUSION The message is a divine reminder that believers were not created to crawl or walk but to soar.Dominion is our birthright, and God’s plan is for His children to live above fear, defeat, and worldly patterns. Every believer must rediscover their divine identity, reflect God’s image, and take their rightful place in destiny. Eagles don’t walk — they soar!

203| THE GREAT COMMISION, EVERY BELIEVERS MANDATE| SUNDAY CELEBRATION SERVICE
TOPIC: The Great Commission – Every Believer’s Mandate and Mission PREACHER : REV. DR. EBENEZER OKRONIPA SCRIPTURES Mark 16:14–20Matthew 28:16–20Hebrews 3:17–19Hebrews 11:1, 6Hebrews 10:382 Corinthians 5:7Romans 10:17 KEY POINTS The Great Commission The Great Commission represents Jesus’ final words before ascending into heaven. It is a divine command, a kingdom mandate, and a spiritual charge to every disciple. It carries the greatest task ever given to mankind — the salvation of the world through the gospel. The final words of Jesus reveal what is most important to God: souls. 1. The Rebuke for Unbelief Jesus rebuked His disciples for unbelief and hardness of heart. Unbelief disqualifies men from divine usefulness. Faith is the foundation for every divine assignment — the just shall live by faith. Without faith, we cannot please God or fulfill His calling. Faith in the Word and Power of God is essential. Build faith through Scripture and the consistent hearing of the Word (Romans 10:17). 2. The Command of the Commission Jesus commands: “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” The instruction implies: Intentionality: Christianity is active — believers must go. Global Scope: Every nation, culture, and environment is part of the mission field. Specific Message: Preach the gospel, not opinions or traditions. Universal Target: The gospel is for everyone — no one is excluded. Every believer has a role — to go, send, pray, give, or support. The strength of a church is not in seating capacity but in sending capacity. 3. The Consequence of the Commission The gospel carries eternal consequences: Belief → Salvation Unbelief → Damnation Faith in Christ is the only door to eternal life. Baptism is an outward sign of inward transformation. Preaching the gospel is not optional — souls depend on it. 4. The Confirmation of the Commission The Great Commission is accompanied by divine power and manifestations. Four confirming signs of believers: Authority over demons — casting out devils in Jesus’ name. Heavenly language — speaking with new tongues. Supernatural protection — divine preservation in ministry. Healing power — laying hands on the sick for recovery. Every true gospel ministry must carry evidence of the supernatural. 5. The Continuation and Presence of Christ After Jesus ascended, the disciples went out preaching, and the Lord worked with them. Christ remains active on earth through His servants. The Great Commission is a divine partnership — believers act, and God performs. Miracles follow obedience; the going brings the glory. As we obey the commission, we experience the Great Accompaniment — His abiding presence. CONCLUSION The Great Commission is not a suggestion — it is a command to every believer.Heaven’s agenda is souls, and those aligned with that agenda walk in divine power and partnership. Our true reward for serving Christ is eternal, not earthly. The time to evangelize is now, not later — the harvest is ready. The Master still calls: “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel.”

Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa 31ST AUGUST, 2025   SCRIPTURES: Matthew 4:4 1 Samuel 8 1 Samuel 30 Joel 2:28 KEY POINTS Prophetic Living Prophetic living is a life where you flow with the leading of the Spirit. Living in the will of God, encapsulated by words. Rhema Word Rhema is the Word of God for a specific situation, time, and season. Believe in the Word God has given you, don't look at circumstances. Prophecy Prophecy is the declaration of the end before it begins. A prophetic word is strong, potent, and powerful. Prophetic word can make life easier (1 Samuel 30). Dimensions of Prophecy Personal prophecy: a word that comes to you personally (Joel 2:28). Operating in the prophetic: bringing direction to people's lives. Inspiration Inspiration is the voice of the Spirit of God to your spirit. Things that haven't been planned for will happen. CONCLUSION Living a prophetic life involves flowing with the leading of the Spirit, believing in the Rhema Word, and operating in the prophetic. By doing so, believers can experience miracles, direction, and a life that is encapsulated by God's Word.
