For the first time, the series is a visual as well as audio podcast, featuring host James Nokise and guests sitting in a shower, eating fried chicken and discussing mental health, coping techniques and their preferred junk food when they're having a bad day. Now in its fourth season, the podcast was a finalist at the 2020 Voyager Media Awards and the 2020 Radio Awards.

The season four line-up includes some of the breakthrough stars of Aotearoa's creative industries - members of hip-hop group SWIDT and rapper Church (Church & AP), Creamerie creators Roseanne Liang and Perlina Lau, comedians Joe Daymond and The Fan Brigade and Coven House Mother Moe Laga. Media personalities Tegan Yorwarth (Mai FM), Henry Hohenberger (Niu FM) and Oscar Kightley also front up for frank and funny conversations.
