Now in its fourth season, the podcast was a finalist at the 2020 Voyager Media Awards and the 2020 Radio Awards.
The season four line-up includes some of the breakthrough stars of Aotearoa's creative industries - members of hip-hop group SWIDT and rapper Church (Church & AP), Creamerie creators Roseanne Liang and Perlina Lau, comedians Joe Daymond and The Fan Brigade and Coven House Mother Moe Laga. Media personalities Tegan Yorwarth (Mai FM), Henry Hohenberger (Niu FM) and Oscar Kightley also front up for frank and funny conversations.
As part of the kaupapa of supporting good mental health, each interview comes with a bonus episode with clinical psychologist Dr Sarb Johal responding to the issues discussed and offering tips and techniques for staying healthy and positive.
