In everything that you do, you have a certain amount of worth. When it comes to your job, relationships, or friendships, you can often find yourself being treated lower than your actual worth is. Why not change that? This episode discusses  how you can demand your worth regardless of what others think it may be!

If someone were to ask you, "Do you know what you want that will make you happy? If so, are you working towards it right now?" what would be your answer? It's 2019, it's the new year, and it's time to both evaluate your goals from 2018 and set new ones.
