All of the time you hear people condemn and talk down about millennials and the younger generation. What they don't understand though is that times have changed and it's actually millennials that have the advantage over the older generation! With social media growing with absolutely no sight of slowing down, the older generation who does not learn about social media and the internet will fall behind and they will do so quickly.
