What is happening to us? This podcast was inspired by a series of events in the last couple of weeks. There's that feeling of numbness i have experienced these days, and it got me concerned about the state of my mental health. Everything is so tough these days and I can hardly breathe,am i speaking your mind as well? So how are you coping with everything?

I wasn't looking forward to the week at all,but I still had to show up because of the love I have for my job, meanwhile as I was beginning to clear my desk after today's work, I could sense that I was feeling overwhelmed just thinking of the fact I have to resume this routine the next day. So here's what I discovered and I thought to share.

How about we flip the script a little bit? what if we changed our approach to setting new resolutions and all those rituals we do at the start of every new year? Imagine if our new year resolution is captured in this phrase: FINISH WHATEVER I START. 

This is the only GOAL I believe is worth pursuing in the year and it is upon it every other goal we may have for the year will be accomplished.

Here are a few things to note: 

• setting goals is incomplete without first defining actionable steps towards smashing it.
• Right mindset is key to smashing your goals.

Brothers! Let's rewrite the script,it's time we become comfortable with sharing our struggles with fellow brothers. Asking For help before that struggle throw you an uppercut. Facing your struggles, identifying them and seeking help is what you'll learn from this podcast. Pardon the audio.

Dear single men, much have been said about the kind of 'models' we have as men in the world today. Models like 'macho man', 'sexy man', 'fashionista' the 'money spender' and the rest of the list.
