Glad you could join me on this episode of dear single men. Have you ever heard the phrase "be a man now". That leads us into today's conversation, you See our society teach men not to think about their feelings, not to understand their own behavior in terms of emotions, and not to think about other people in emotional terms so that we do not appear as weak or vulnerable, well I'd say F*** that. We need to begin to encourage men to speak up about how they feel. Here's what I have to say.
