In this episode, I dive into the ongoing journey of self-improvement and the personal struggle to be better. I reflect on how the desire to grow stems from observing the chaos caused by unresolved inner demons and the importance of healing yourself to avoid hurting others. I share how fitness has transformed my confidence and mindset, and how having a strong support system is crucial for personal growth. Plus, I discuss my recent decision to quit snooze (a nicotine product) and leave you with a thought-provoking question: What’s your reason to strive for better?
Usually I ride solo, but this time I decided it was time for a change. I thought Kate was the perfect choice, as she has recently been to South America on a huge adventure.
Kate is someone all of you have heard of or talked to before, if you are unsure of what I mean by this, stick around to find out!
The intro is awesome. As a teenager I used to constantly declare to the world that I didn't care what anyone thought of me. Later discovering that to be far from the truth and that the opinions of others can be extremely useful, if sorted into the right categories and consumed for the right reasons.
Over the years me and the Unknown have become quite the friends. I look forward to the challenges, adventure and people I get to meet, always served with a touch of gratitude and joy for life.
Join me in this two-part journey as I talk about my discovery and journey with the unknown and the effects of information that we know, while also being influenced by everything we do not know.
