Geetha Angara was a senior Chemist working at the Passaic Valley Water Commission in Totowa, New Jersey. When she was promoted, there was a lot of animosity & hostility towards her. On February 8, 2005, she was found dead in a water tank. Bruising on her body in the autopsy indicated someone tried to strangle her and her cause of death was drowning. Pathologists and Police have believed it was an accidental drowning, while others believed one of her coworkers murdered her, but who?

44. The Murder of Suzanne Marie Collins

In 1985, a United States Marine Corps Lance Corporal, Suzanne Marie Collins was tortured, raped, and killed. She was working in Millington, Tennessee's Naval Support Activity Mid-South at the time of her murder. Collins, a trainee at the base, was due to graduate from avionics training on the day of her death. Sedley Alley, the man who is believed to have killed her, was given a death sentence based solely on a confession that didn't line up; it was later redacted; he was executed in 2006; but, given the state's refusal to conduct DNA testing on 11 samples, you have to question whether her killer was actually brought to justice.

On March 19, 2000, 19-year-old Chester Poage was kidnapped, tortured, and murdered by 3 men, he thought were his friends in Spearfish, South Dakota. The 3 men were convicted and 2 were sentenced to death, one dying in 2007 from the lethal injection, the other is the only death row inmate in the state of South Dakota, and the third one was sentenced to life in prison.

In the Summer of 2004, 24-year-old Tamika Huston went missing in Spartanburg, SC. Her ex-boyfriend was a prime suspect until DNA evidence ruled him out. Her case didn't get national media attention because, at the same time, Laci Peterson and Natalie Holloway's cases were in the news. A key found in Tamika's car led police to give Tamika the justice she deserved 15 months later.
