Gary Schaefer is an American murderer, kidnapper, rapist, and suspected serial killer suspected of killing three girls in Springfield, Vermont between 1979 and 1983. He confessed to two of the killings and remains a suspect in the third, although he was only convicted of one and sentenced to 30 years in prison.
