In this week’s episode, I share what that means and how fear, doubt, and discomfort can actually be signs that you’re growing and moving towards your goals.
If you’ve been holding back, waiting to feel ready, or avoiding the scary next step… this episode is your invitation to move forward with love.

If you've been struggling with sleep, you're not alone. I've had to be honest with myself about where I've fallen off track with my sleep hygiene and have re-committed to creating a more supportive bedtime routine. Because having a good sleep is one of the best ways to help us stay inspired and taking action in our business.
I've also been re-reading The Untethered Soul, by Michael Singer. I've been inspired by his thoughts on how our mind creates melodrama, but that we are not our thoughts. I've been practicing separating myself from my mind and those negative thoughts that keep me up at three in the morning. By becoming an observer of our thoughts instead of a participant in them, we can help decrease anxiety, stress, and overwhelm, and therefore have much better sleep, and a stronger business!
