I have been ITCHING to record a podcast again (literally itching) but my sacral said wait wait wait WAIT WAIT.
I have continued to live nomadically, resolved a cockroach phobia, stopped over sharing my internal experience, my skin peeled off, grew a new one and moved to Sydney.
Now I’m back, planning to show up more present, unfiltered, and authentic than ever.

Is it my desire to make music, or music’s desire to move through me?
Today I’m joined by Katija Burcul – rapper, events creator, radio presenter, dancer, and all-around creative force. We first met at Seven Sisters, a spiritual women’s festival, where we both performed at an open mic and connected instantly.
Though I don’t usually listen to much hip hop, I was moved by Katija’s stage presence, confidence, and powerful, meaningful lyrics. I could feel the importance of her music.
In this episode, Katija shares her journey: from falling in love with dance and chasing her dreams, to building a cleaning business out of necessity, and always being pulled back toward music. We dive into the role of music, community, supporting other artists, and how staying in flow attracts the right opportunities.
Katija is now the co-founder of Ripe Hip Hop, a monthly music event supporting a variety of artists and building community in Melbourne. She’s also launching her radio show Kickin It with Katija on Kiss FM, May 7, and has an album in the works for release in late 2025.

Human Design has changed my life and I am loving the adventure of living by my Strategy and Authority, seeing where it takes me and learning more about myself. In today's episode I go deeper into my experience with Human Design - especially my awareness of codependence. Through January I was feeling stifled and stuck energetically, and then Gate 19 revealed itself. Gate 19 is the Gate of Wanting or Sensitivity - the gift is being highly attuned to the needs of the tribe, the shadow is putting everybody else's needs above your own. This was quite a shock and I realized how much I had been doing out of obligation and expectation, creating a codependent loop.
It felt incredibly freeing to face that pattern and shift it. Thus I have a bit of a rant about my boundaries, tidying things up energetically, respecting my energy and being more selective about who gets access. If you love the podcast, leave a comment. The more I am open to receive, the more interesting the journey becomes.
In this episode I share personal updates with some of my major learnings and unexpected adventures from 2024, (if you love a relaxed conversational episode, then this is for you).
2024 was a whirlwind, I felt blessed to be making music and performing once more, yet it was challenging being in nightlife.
I enjoyed relaxing in my business and going deeper into trust, and this allowed my teachings to be lived and experienced (I am so damn excited to share what I know now).
I learned more about energetic mastery, practicing reality transurfing, studying Human Design and through the art of music.
My relationships evolved, beginning to feel my friends energetically instead of just physically. My discernment and boundaries have increased, in what standards I accept and what I have the energy for.
I have discovered so much about myself and I have an expanded vision for the year ahead.
In 2025 I am leaning further into business and the art of reality creation, as well as expressing myself artistically through music in a way that aligns with me. And I am so open to more magic and adventure from the universe!

Welcoming my dear friend Jaimee Mayne – Author, Healer, Biomedical Engineer, creative and spiritual being. In this episode Jaimee shares her experience with destiny and the divine as she was drawn into the medical world as a biomedical engineer. Alongside these experiences she explored spirituality, eventually becoming qualified in Reiki, Meditation, Cacao Ceremonies and other modalities.
Jaimee has had a unique experience by working in the hospitals of Melbourne during COVID. She shares how this event has changed her and how the experience continues to motivate her. Also the importance of understanding ones experience and how valuable this experience may be to others.
Jaimee also shares the personal evolution that was required to write her book. What it means to tap into the flow, to embrace the waves, the highs and lows, and the natural seasons of life to achieve something meaningful.

It feels so damn good to be back! I have been busy living life and getting crystal clear on exactly what I want to experience. I have been reflecting on my own patterns and beliefs and how they have led to the present moment.
If I can choose how I live my life, how far can I take it? I have been experimenting with this, really changing around my own beliefs, taking aligned action and seeing the results. So far so good - for example I have reduced how much content I make, yet people continue to book sessions with me. I feel this is just the beginning of something really powerful as I better understand reality creation and how it works.In today's episode I go on a bit of a deep dive breaking down the myth that you have to do things that you hate in order to get to a place that you love. This story is so FALSE.
Doing things you love starts NOW. It sounds so simple (and ultimately it is the easier path) however it does require courage and consistency to de-condition from those old narratives. (There are literally non-physical beings feeding off of your energy and I actually explain this in a way that is super simple and practical). Entities are not just ghosts and paranormal activity, they are culture, brands, corporations and these identities that exist and hold influence.
I had so much fun recording this episode and speaking freely - my intention is that you can reflect and see what truly aligns with you and how to embody more of your joy right now, to continue expanding on this creation into your future.

Today I am joined by Maya Morwena, healer and master of transformation. Maya and I met in 2020 when we both worked in fitness - Maya was highly successful, working as a fitness coach, model and influencer, receiving sponsorships and brand deals. But despite the external success, there was a longing for more. She noticed she was playing a role and felt exhausted wearing masks.
Maya felt the call to go deeper, to bring more feeling into her life - and her healing journey began.
Maya has continued to connect to her body to shift and release energy. Along this path she has experienced multiple deaths and re-births. Overcoming fear and judgement to follow her souls calling. Today I am joined by the brilliant Julie Hoyle to discuss Kundalini Unleashed! Julie is a writer, artist, author of four books, teacher, healer, spiritual guide, and host of her podcast Talking True with Julie Hoyle.
In today’s episode Julie shares her journey, from overwhelm and suppression of her psychic gifts at a young age, to a life of seeking spiritual answers, to a radical awakening at age 33.
With Kundalini unleashed in Julie’s life, everything began to transform. Kundalini was the catalyst for the release of many lifetimes of stuck energy and emotion through purging and kriyas. Kundalini created an explosion of creative energy - Julie was greatly surprised when an Awakened Master instructed her to write her first book! It was here that she learned the importance of understanding her own journey, as well as the activations that become available to others through sharing her own experience.
There have been many layers to her awakening; Julie has had lucid dreams where Great Beings have given her messages and guidance. She has experienced the deep Soul Knowing for places and people that she had no prior knowledge of, and she has had to overcome her own fears to step forward as a spiritual guide and healer.
We also explore how Julie has managed to do it all, as she continues to work full time as an arts teacher in the Bahamas, and how these enlightening experiences have flowed into her work and those around her.

One day I wrote in my journal "it feels like my ego is dissolving daily" and I received a response from Spirit: "Instead of saying your ego is being dissolved, you might say that you are Embodying Unity Consciousness."
My life has changed drastically since my Kundalini Awakening. The lessons have been swift and unavoidable. At first this was tough because so much gets stripped away - my values have shifted, my life and business have changed and thus my identity has needed time to re-calibrate. With so many layers of change happening all at once, it can feel like you're going crazy, but ultimately this is the most beautiful and blessed journey.
I wanted to make this video as a follow up to episode 13 on my Kundalini Awakening, I hope this helps anyone else going through something similar, or anybody walking the spiritual path (...which is everyone). This episode is as much for you as it is for me - making sense of my experience and simplifying the learnings has been really grounding for me.
These are my top 9 ways my life has changed (so far):
1. Heightened physical communication with my body.
2. Any 'work' must have intention and purpose.
3. The power of thought (thus awareness of any fear-based thought).
4. Discernment and false teachers.
5 Being self-led. No body knows you better than yourself.
6 Knowing this is a dream but being grounded in physical reality.
7 Abundance: if I am abundant then I can be affordable.
8 Manifestation, lack and true abundance. Seeking leads to lack. Instead, create space for magic to come to me.
9 Creativity. So much creative energy pours through me!

I sit down with Tineke Schrier - healer, light language channel, artist and my beautiful friend! But Tineke's journey had humble beginnings, pursuing a life of success by moving to London and working in the tech industry. She had the 'picture perfect' life on paper, but inside she was struggling.
After a panic attack she was forced to look at her life and admit that something was wrong.
Then she heard a voice saying "Go home to New Zealand!" This was the voice of the Creator which motivated her to completely change her life. She went on retreats, activated her gifts as a healer, and combined her passion and intuition with art. Her journey continues to deepen as she accesses Light Language, providing a feeling of unconditional love, and sharing this gift with the world.

Totally unexpected and completely Sacred, my Kundalini Awakening was one of the most terrifying yet beautiful initiations I have ever experienced.
As I continue to integrate this Divine expression, I feel so honored and blessed. This has altered my perception of reality and changed the course of my life forever.I feel like I am waking up for the first time!
I know my path is shifting, as I wade further into the waters of mysticism and magic on my Soul’s purpose.
My intention is to share this because we are ALL CAPABLE of these experiences. As with any spiritual awakening, this is a natural part of human evolution - to be celebrated! We are ready as a society to have these conversations - to release judgement, to better understand ourselves, to better understand what it means to be human, and to expand what we are truly capable of.
