Today I am joined by Maya Morwena, healer and master of transformation. Maya and I met in 2020 when we both worked in fitness - Maya was highly successful, working as a fitness coach, model and influencer, receiving sponsorships and brand deals. But despite the external success, there was a longing for more. She noticed she was playing a role and felt exhausted wearing masks.
Maya felt the call to go deeper, to bring more feeling into her life - and her healing journey began.
Maya has continued to connect to her body to shift and release energy. Along this path she has experienced multiple deaths and re-births. Overcoming fear and judgement to follow her souls calling. In today's episode I wanted to focus on the resilience required to walk your unique path, how Maya listens to her own Soul, and the power of embodying your truth.
It is fascinating how we both started in fitness yet over the years have each experienced awakenings and transformations, moving into a deeper level of healing work. It has been a joy and inspiration to witness Maya's journey!
