welcome back to Conversations with Myself.
How are you doing? How are you really? I just thought to check in on you today and myself as well ofcos. Today’s episode is simply reflecting on busy workdays, emotional exhaustion, and the importance of small moments of peace.
Do you have a voice in your head planting doubts in your mind about who you are? This episode I just encourage myself as well as you to ignore that voice and yeah we all get it, so you not alone.
This episode I just talk about Navigating healing in the midst of responsibilities, deadlines and expectations at work.
In this episode, I open up about my exhaustion, the kind you feel in your soul, the kind that sleep can’t fix. It’s not about giving up on life, but about feeling the weight of an invisible battle that no one sees. The silent struggle of smiling and laughing all while pretending to be alright when all you want to do is sleep.
If you ever felt this kind of way, you are not alone. Let’s talk about it
Navigating my healing journey through books friends and the love from my family.
In this deeply personal episode of Conversations with Myself, I return after a hiatus, reflecting on grief, healing, and the fleeting nature of life. Following my father’s passing in November 2024, I’ve spent months processing the weight of loss.
Inspired by a quote that struck me late at night: Does the fact that nothing lasts forever make life meaningless, or does it free us to truly live? I share my personal journey through grief, the lessons I’ve learned, and the ways I’m finding solace in the present moment.
Join me in this quiet, introspective conversation. Have you ever wrestled with the idea of impermanence? Let’s talk about it.
Listen now and share your thoughts. #Grief #Healing #Impermanence #Podcast

Too many times in life, we let some insignilicant, minor irritation ruin our day. Even if we allow it to ruin an hour, or as little as five minutes, those are minutes we aren't enjoying the life God has given us.
It has taken a while, but with God's help, I've learned not to take everything in life so seriously. It's important to make time each day to have some fun and take advantage of every opportunity to laugh.
Laughter is vital in battling the stresses and worries that try to find their way into our lives.
Whether it's something as silly as spilling coffee or something as serious as a major life decision, if you decide to lighten up a little and not take everything too seriously, you'll be surprised at how quickly your stress will decrease and your joy will increase.
Self-care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your physical health and mental health. This can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy. Even small acts of self-care in your daily life can have a big impact.
Checking in on yourself means taking time to pause and reflect on your personal feelings, thoughts, and physical sensations. It's an act of self-care that involves tuning into your inner world to understand how you're doing.
This episode I remind you to mentally check up on your self
