Hosted by the ever-dynamic Ms. Mousikaela Mancao. Join her as she tackles all things related to burnout and the small things we can do to destress from our busy schedules as students together with her two beautiful and inspiring guests - Ms. Ruth Mae Mandin and Mrs. Gecelle Grace G. Diez RPsy, who made the episode lovelier and relatable.
