Until recently, I had my doubts about the effectiveness of teletherapy, as perhaps many of you do. However, due to the covid pandemic, I have been fortunate enough to build a practice in teletherapy, and I am now officially a believer!!!
Due to these positive results I felt inclined to share my experiences to listeners like you in the hopes to further educate others about the normalcy of mental illness, the importance of mental health, and the effectiveness and convenience of teletherapy. My goal is to spread the word to listeners, so that listeners can then continue to spread the word so we can all celebrate mental illness, aim to achieve mental health and even save lives!
