Summary
In this episode, I continue the theme of self-belief, emphasising its importance in personal growth as well as parenting. I discuss how limiting beliefs can affect individuals, particularly in midlife, and the need to shift these beliefs to foster a more positive mindset. I also highlight the role of parents in instilling self-belief in their children, sharing insights from my own experiences and observations of 2 incredible young actors (one of whom is the new Harry Potter!) from the film 'Grow' who embody confidence and joy in their pursuits. I urge parents to encourage their children to embrace self-expression and resilience, drawing inspiration from role models like Taylor Swift.

I guide you through a simple grounding practice that helps me when I’m feeling overwhelmed, reactive or just not quite in my body. It’s something you can do anywhere, and it doesn’t take long – but it can really shift how you feel and calm your nervous system.
