Back in 2020 for my very first launch of the Courageous Content Academy program, I was hustling hard - going live multiple times a week, sending all the emails, giving it my all.

2. Get consistent with that content!
Define what consistency means for you (2 posts a week, 1 Reel a day, whatever it is!) and stick to it. Showing up is how you stay top of mind.
3. Build that email list.

As we step into February, I've been thinking a lot about the digital landscape and how much it has shifted. Buyers are moving slower these days when it comes to parting with their coins. Trust and connection is so key before people feel ready to work with you!
You gotta put your offer out often and clearly so buyers know exactly what transformation you provide.
So, today I'm breaking down my 3 C's framework that I teach in my signature program CCA - clarity, content and consistency - to help you sell with confidence!
First - CLARITY honeeey. You absolutely must provide a clear path to lead your audience to that designated destination! Give them the directions, shortcuts and reroutes to take the right steps to work with you.
Next - get CREATIVE with CONTENT! Go beyond just posting your offer in stories or in your grid. Wow your audience with a fancy reel, a swipe up, a Live, an irresistible caption - showcase your offer across platforms.

Hey hey! It's your girl Jourdan with a fresh new episode of Building Unapologetically. Today's episode is all about one of the biggest hurdles we face as business owners - overthinking. I'm sharing my personal struggles and dropping four strategies that have been game-changers.
1. Focus on the Mission, Not the Metrics
When overthinking paralyzed my content creation, I shifted focus. I was freaking out about my content until I got laser focused on who I was serving. Now I create for my one woman and let the metrics fall where they may.
2. Find Strength in Community
Whether in faith groups or online communities, surrounding myself with like-minded individuals has been a game-changer. Having a squad that reassures you, saying, "Girl, that's normal," is a sanity saver. If you're not in a community, get in one, or better yet, start your own!
3. Invest in Mentorship
Mentorship is the holy grail. Investing in someone who's walked the walk and achieved what you're striving for is a shortcut to success. If you don't bet on you, who will?
4. Empower Yourself Through Daily Challenges
Every day, do something that scares you a bit. Respond to that message left on seen, go live for the first time, introduce a new service. Doing something that scares you builds the trust bank with yourself.
Eliminating overthinking isn't about perfection; it's about progress. These strategies have made me bolder, more courageous, and significantly less in my head.

Actionable tip: Take time to engage with your current audience. Respond to comments, send thank-you messages, and explore new ways to connect, like creating exclusive content for specific groups.
3. Selling:
Shifting the mindset around selling is crucial. It's not about being pushy; it's about serving your audience. I'mma sell this year, and you should too!
Actionable tip: Make it a goal to have a weekly post dedicated to showcasing your offer. Use different formats such as reels, live videos, or carousels. The Profitable Content Roadmap has detailed content breakdowns for various platforms.
4. Authenticity:
In 2024, I'm focusing on creating more content that reflects the authentic me. This includes more face-to-camera videos, behind-the-scenes updates, and transparency about my business journey.
Actionable tip: Identify a type of authentic content you've been wanting to create and schedule it this month. It could be a podcast episode, a reel, or a live video. Embrace the authenticity that aligns with your comfort level.

Welcome to another episode of Building Unapologetically! Today we're diving deep into content strategy.
Let's talk about this whole "winging it" situation.
I get it; we all want to put our content on autopilot, but it's time to kick it up a notch. No more random posts when the wind blows north or you're feeling cute. We're in business, and content is our powerhouse for leads. It's time to be intentional, plan ahead, and set it on autopilot.
You feel me? I know you do. Now, let's get into three things you should START doing so that you are not winging your content.

Step 1: Monthly content check. Not just likes and shares, but what felt good to create? What made your audience go wild? And, most importantly, what content led to those conversions? That's your gold mine.
Step 2: Find your staple content. What's your go-to? The stuff your audience craves? Experiment, sis! Live sessions, day in the life, twitter quotes on a graphic – find what hits every time.
Oh, quick story – I had a client scared of lives, but we mapped it out, she went live, and bam! She loved it.
Step 3: Don't fear repeating yourself. Repurpose that content! Your audience digests info differently, so hit them from all angles. And offers? Talk about them more. Sell, sell, sell. Your business deserves it.

Well hello, it's your girl Jourdan, back with another round of "Building Unapologetically." Today, we're diving deep into the AI world, and guess what? We're shining the spotlight on ChatGPT. Get ready, 'cause I'm about to drop some knowledge on how I roll with AI but at the same time keep it authentic.
Now, there are so many AI programs out there, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed, right? But no worries, I got your back. I'm here to break it down, spill my secrets, and help you rock ChatGPT in your business without losing that realness.
I'm about to give you three ways to use AI to work smarter and not harder - plus a bonus – 'cause why the heck not?
1. Instagram:
First things first – Instagram content. I'm all about batching those captions, adding them into a Google Doc for the week or two, then plugging them into ChatGPT. I ask it for a rating on clarity, effectiveness, and emotional punch. I also use it to enhance my calls-to-action.
2. Email Replies and Inquires:
Now, onto emails – whether it's to potential clients or replies to inquiries. I draft that email first, then let ChatGPT do its thing. I ask it to make it either – professional, warm, friendly etc. It's a game-changer for leveling up communication, without losing the personal touch.
3. Newsletter:
Ah, my newsletter – my pride and joy! After I record the content within the app, using voice notes - I spill all the details, and then I ask ChatGPT to keep as much language I use while organizing the email.

Bonus Round: Supercharging CCA with ChatGPT:
Oh, and here's the bonus – using ChatGPT to level up my program, the Courageous Content Academy (CCA).
I tell ChatGPT what the program is, who it's for, achievements, feedback, etc. Then, I ask it to brainstorm ways to make the program even more mind-blowing. You will be amazed by the things you maybe never though of on how you can improve your offerings.

Now, the key to this AI adventure is giving context. Feed ChatGPT the nuances, the quirks, the real YOU. And remember, you don't need to jump on the paid version unless you're craving more features. I use the free version and it works just fine for what I'm trying to accomplish.
