In today's episode, we talk about identity.  What you identify as and who you let your identity be decided by is probably the most important thing you can take into your own control...but how do you do it?  How do you stop yourself from getting your validation from other people, or people pleasing, or just letting other people tell you and decide who you're meant to be?  It's an inside job figuring out what your identity is, but the main thing is to not be a victim of identity theft - make it your own.
