On this episode you will practice a Kundalini Yoga meditation that will allow you to clear the blocks from your own karma, release the attachments of the mind and the impact of past actions so you can create a better present and tomorrow.
To do this you will chant the following mantra on a single breath: Sa Ta Na Ma Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Se So Hung as you press the fingertips sequentially with each syllable. Always begin pressing index and thumb, then middle finger and thumb, then ring finger and thumb and end with the little finger and thumb.
You will open with the following mantra: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo. This means you are allowing your inner Guru guide you from a state of not knowing to a state a full awareness. You will close by signing long Sat Nam.
