I was in deep thought on the day before and it dawned on me that when you’re not operating in your best self it’s because you haven’t been taking anytime to and for yourself. It’s necessary to feed your spirit alone, if Jesus took time out to do it why can’t you? Just food for thought. I’m all about my people becoming the best them and doing things for themselves because you deserve to be happy even it’s by yourself. Remember it’s a journey, not a race ✨

On today’s episode I was super transparent about forgiving yourself because sometimes it’s easier forgiving everyone else but you. Just like they deserve forgiveness SO DO YOU! I had to learn to stop treating other people better than my own self. I also spoke on speaking your truth no matter what comes with it. You sparing everyone else while you’re suffering and it doesn’t work like that, healing requires speaking on the uncomfortable. Of course I learned the hard way several times but not anymore because I took accountability for my life and started being more careful. Sooo as I openly admit my struggle with being publicly vulnerable, I’m trying to take a step in this episode.. I mention things like lack of trust, unsolicited advice, respect for others feelings & etc all in relation to my personal feelings and questions out of curiosity for others. I’ve learned that until you’re completely vulnerable all the way around, you’re wearing a mask and I emphasize it’s okay sometimes just to get through the moment but take it off once you’re safe. I mentioned suicide because some people never feel safe & that’s why they call it quits so I’m making all my platforms a safe place to let you know you’re never alone.
