On today’s episode I was super transparent about forgiving yourself because sometimes it’s easier forgiving everyone else but you. Just like they deserve forgiveness SO DO YOU! I had to learn to stop treating other people better than my own self. I also spoke on speaking your truth no matter what comes with it. You sparing everyone else while you’re suffering and it doesn’t work like that, healing requires speaking on the uncomfortable. Find your reason for sparing so you can start putting in the work to be free, my reason was fear.. but now I don’t care. I will dive more into detail on my next episode! Stay tuned. Remember it’s a journey, not a race ✨
