Both are former professional athletes who now run very large online coaching businesses with thousands of athletes. Cami won the title of "Fittest Woman on Earth" in 2014 when she won the CrossFit games, and Dave played professional baseball. We discuss their background in sports and competing, and how that led them to establishing their own coaching businesses and the methodology they use today. We cover the specifics of the programs they offer, and how they navigate maintaining a healthy marriage, parenting, and running their businesses alongside one another. Next up- HOUSTON!!
Apparently I'm going to fall in love next month, and that's all you really need to know. But in case that's not enough, here's a recap of the last 3 weeks, including my trip to Charlotte, my recent surgery, and some things I've learned about myself lately (like what a controlling bitch I am).
This week I'm joined by my friend Jay Cabrera to talk shit and catch up. We talk about the meat market (of men... and women) at Fresh Market, travel plans for the summer, and of course, DATING. We debate the question "Does salary matter?" in a relationship or pursuing someone new, and spending money on material items versus experiences. We shared updates on our professional lives and how our careers are impacting our personal lives. Follow Jay on Instagram for really great drink recipes! @91jach
Tonight I'm joined by medical expert and doctor of internal medicine and gastroenterology- Dr. Lukasz Kwapisz... Or as I like to call him, K-Wap. Dr. Kwap is based in the Houston area and is a former soccer player. We discuss using sports to create discipline in our lives and sharpen our minds. He shares how he made the decision to choose a career as a physician in the medical field over professional sports, and how he navigates relationships with a demanding career today. We both weighed in on how the relationships we saw amongst our parents have affected the relationships we pursue today (modeling our parents' behaviors vs breaking generational curses). He talks about the qualities he's most attracted to in a woman, and how to weed out the real from the phony. He's hot. He's intelligent. He's stylish. He's a great conversationalist, and a lot of fun. Check him out on instagram @drkwap!
I'm back home in Indiana for the weekend, and am joined by a very special guest in this week's episode- my mom! We discuss the sturdiness of the furniture in the spare bedroom, what she hates the most about me (nothing- I'm perfect), and mom weighs in on my current dating life. She shares her thoughts on the content I create, what being a mom means to her today with grown children, and rising gas prices. We also recap the finale of the latest shit show season of The Bachelor.
I talk about coming out of hibernation, getting in the dating pool, making friends in a new city, and finding my confidence again. In this week's Ask Cheeks edition, we cover approaching the hot girl at the gym, how to tell if she's single, how to be a healthy source of support for a loved one battling addiction, absent fathers and abortion.
I share my thoughts on the "sex positive" movement and hookup culture.
I’m sad, lonely and horny as hell. In this episode, I catch up with my childhood best friend of 25 years, Chels. We discuss liars, cheating, sex, dating apps, and finding yourself. Join us crazy bitches for a glass of wine and debate the acceptable number of times to masterbate per day.

Roman was my first friend in my new city, a male model, entrepreneur and the host of the Nightly Sessions podcast. We talk about my recent move to the sunshine state, celebrating my 31st birthday, having babies, and sex. Lots of sex. We also discuss, how long does it take to define the relationship? Bring your own damn bottle for this night cap.

Now this is a story all about how... I need to learn how to take my own fucking advice.
I share a mental health update about something that has been weighing heavy on me lately. I’m also joined by F Boy Island’s Andrew Dietz. We discuss his time on the show, and life before and after the island. Andrew shares his career as a first responder (Mr. Save Your Girl/EMT/Firefighter/Ocean Rescue). Who doesn't love a man in uniform? Or a hot, shirtless lifeguard on the beach. We explore the struggles with mental health in that career path, dissociating from what you see on the job, and the complications this leads to when trying to navigate forming relationships and connections with people. Andrew also talks about starting a career in the online fitness and nutrition coaching space, and navigating social media today to use your platform to make a positive impact on those around you.
