Art Next Door is a podcast series featuring the independent art scene in Berlin, hosted by Tuçe Erel. It started as a bi-weekly radio program on Keith F'eM in July 2020. Between January 2021 and February 2022, the program took place monthly. In each radio program, there were two interviews. Since March 2022, due to lack of time and precarious position, Tuçe cannot continue the series but it is a dream to continue. Art Next Door #24 Conversation with gr_und (James Verhille and Damien Sayer)

This new episode of the Art Next Door features gr_und, a nonprofit artist-run space situated in Wedding, Berlin. In this conversion we talked to James Verhille and Damien Sayer from gr_und.  The other members of the project space who were not in this interview are Anna Frick, Cedric Mantel, and Nina Blume. 

We talked about the space, their program of 2022 and how they plan organise their events. What makes gr_und unique is that their Sprache Stunde concept on Tuesday that allows artists to meet the members to discuss their practice, review their portfolios and discuss for a possible collaboration in the future.
