Hello and welcome to Aptitude Podcast! On today's episode, we will be speaking with our guest, Bronwyn Morrissey about her journey from mortgage banking to mindfulness coaching.
After 27 years thriving as a top sales executive in Mortgage Banking, Bronwyn decided it was time to trade spreadsheets for something more soulful: helping other leaders uncover their fullest potential. Today, she coaches executives to master the art of leadership through mindfulness and understanding the hidden patterns of the mind that hold us back. Because here’s the truth she knows for sure: the most powerful tool for success is learning how to work with your mind, not against it.
Her approach blends years of corporate experience with Energy Leadership principles and plenty of real-world grit—from spending over a month solo in the wilderness in the Colorado Rockies to raising three successful humans (now adults), chickens, and bees in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. Whether leading workshops, hosting retreats, coaching teams, or one-on-one clients, her mission is simple: to help leaders stay grounded, resilient, and fiercely present—even in the high-stakes chaos of business and life.
Because when you tap into clarity and calm, the possibilities are endless.
